Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Excellent service! I routinely purchase industrial/marine coatings and have also used this specific store location for regular "house" type paint. The level of service from Michael and Zach is second to none. I won't shop anywhere else for paint..... period.

Talk about GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.....Sherwin Williams' staff in North East, MD are amazing. I purchased 3 gallons of what I thought was the correct shade of green a couple days ago. When I realized I had made a mistake in picking out the wrong paint, as it was the wrong shade when I got home, I took the 3 gallons back, and they worked very hard to add yellows and whites to correct my error and get it to the correct shade. Even though they tried everything, it didn't work. I said ok. I will just eat the cost of my mistake, and I asked them to make the correct green, which they did. WHEN I WENT TO PAY, THEY SAID THE 3 NEW GALLONS WERE FREE. Even though it was MY mistake, they ate my mistake and basically gave us $190. I can't thank them enough. We use nothing but Sherwin Williams because it's top quality paint and the customer service is amazing. No other store would have done this for me. I'm very grateful, and I encourage everyone to shop Sherwin Williams, especially North East. Their great customer service is amazing. Helpful, knowledgable staff, in and out with the products I needed. We joked about how much of a pain the Dunkin Doughnuts drive through next door makes it hard to get into the stores there.

Amazing. I was so upset. I went to Maryland to paint my mom's porch floor. She ordered paint from Home Depot Curb Side. Yup. Not paint at all. Just clear gel substance. I immediately went to the Sherwin Williams in Northeast MD. They were amazing. I bought 2 gallons of the correct paint for the deck and it looks beautiful. Thank you Sherwin Williams for saving the day. I traveled from PA. I'm a forever fan.

Taking on some painting projects during a pandemic was going to be a hassle or at least I thought. I was able to order all the supplies that I needed, pick from an array of wonderful colors, and get my questions answered by Chris who is very customer-focused.

You can order everything online and even pick up everything at the curb. Not only does Sherwin-Williams make quality paints, they also make your painting job very easy to complete
