Very friendly, knowledgeable and will explain everything to you . They make you feel like family. If for some reason they don’t have what you need they will tell you where to go to get it. You would be hard pressed to find a store with better folks in it then what this one has to offer. I'm a company driver with very little time to spare . the impressive part is that Tonya and Josh seem to find away to work with my time restraints each and every time. The wrenches that they have on duty are top notch to say the least. They not only fix symptoms but will take the time to search out and fix the under lying cause of the problem even if that cause hasn't made itself known. The two wrenches I go to for any and all my questions or concerns are Berry and his soon to be son in-law. These two guys make a formidable problem solving team in and of them selves. Paired up with Josh, Tonya, and the rest of the crew at the pete store, and there's nothing they can't do! If you have a pete, take it to them. If not, then get one from them. They do that too!!!

Has shower, driver laundry, nice driver lounge, friendly staff, free 6in subway sandwich for lunch, big lot with trailer parking

Excellent parts service Andy Johnson had his parts driver go out of his way to pick up an IVA sensor for my C-15 at Caterpillar. (Highly Recommend) for parts service.
