I thought this would be better than some of the other stores in town, but there's no difference

Went in and used coupons and said it was accepted. I doubled checked with the cashier and she said it was accepted. The store manager and the other manager were also up front and told me that there is nothing they can do if the app didn't take off my digital coupons. So I'm very upset that I have these coupons I can't use. Not to mention everytime I'm in here the workers are rude. Will definitely be my last time in and calling corporations.
