I love this store. The staff are always extremely helpful, and I feel like they always have exactly what I need - even if they only carry a fraction of the inventory of the nearest big box store. Prices are also competitive. This is my go-to place when I need something quickly and don't want to wait in a long line or deal with a giant parking lot full of people trying to slow me down 😁

Stopped in for a snow shovel November 2023. There was a large selection, plenty of staff to help out with other questions I had on repairing a closet door

Went in to grab an oddball washer for a goofy shower head and they had what I needed to fix my problem another excellent experience

love this place and go here before Home Depot, menards, or Fleet Farm. great selection, good pricing, and staff actually ask you if they can help. Always my first stop for home needs.

On the 8th day, God created Ace workers. On a road trip with a few of my friends our windshield wiper flew off in the pouring rain. Needing help asap, we stopped at the closest ace we could find. Lucas led us right to the windshield section & called over Jim (supervisor) to help us find the fit for our car. Jim graciously helped us put on the wiper on in the parking lot of Ace while it was raining. God bless Jim. I have never received such AMAZING service. He is a one of a kind worker who deserves a raise. 👏🏼

Debe helped my husband and I figure out how to treat our yard for voles today. We didn't want to use poison to keep the food chain and pets safe, but didn't know how to fix the problem safely. She explained how grub control products worked, showed us the different products she would recommend and they loaned us a spreader to use. 5 star service and education! We went right home and put her advice to use!

They have one of the best Hardware selection. I often go out of my way to buy from them because I know they have what I need.

What an awesome store! I needed help with paint and Debbie found a number options for me. I had to switch brands away from Valspar and she was able to match it perfectly. Her knowledge of the various brands and finishes were so helpful. And the price points were BETTER than a big box store.

Super friendly and helpful staff. I love going here because it is smaller and closer than those big box stores like Home Depot etc. I've never gone here and not get what I wanted. Would recommend.

Always super helpful. Love coming here compared to home Depot where when you need help they scatter like cockroaches.

My favorite Saturday store it's fun browsing the aisle. You just never know what you will find. It's even better when you need something special. Their service is top notch! I can walk in they find the widget I needed and be out in minutes.

Great help and the bungee cords were the best quality I have found so far in my experience.

I didn't realize they had a mechanic there now, but I'm so glad they do! Had a cable snap on my slow blower and he was able to fix it and afterwards he advised me on what gas I should use in it to keep it running well. The employees there also helped me find everything I needed to start my indoor garden. I'm happy to have them in the area and will definitely be using them to fix and tune up my snow blowers and lawn mowers.

Great store for many reasons. You are greeted and asked for help when you walk in the door, they know what they are talking about and help you out to find what you need or a solution. Free popcorn! You can bring your dog in the store! I will always go there first before a big box store.

Josh did a wonderful job making keys for my Toyota. Every time i'm in this store there service and helpfulness remind me why I want to support this business and keep coming back.

Josh and John were so incredibly helpful! Ace has better prices on many things over the big box stores. Even if they didn't, the service is so much better I'd still go there. Hands down these guys are the best!

Bought a Weber performer here recently. They special ordered the color for me, assembled it, and delivered it within a week. I noticed there was porcelain chipped off the lid and the store manager - Josh, contacted Weber for me and I had a new lid the next week. Excellent customer service at this store.

We went to buy a new snowblower ahead of the storm that is coming. The manager was super knowledgeable and gave us some really good advice. Then the snowblower wouldn’t fit in our truck and he offered to deliver for free this afternoon. That is why shopping local matters.

I love this location. Not just convenient to get in and out, but the service and friendliness is one of the best in town!
Was disappointed at another hardware store and came here an hour later. What a difference. Bought what I needed and some things that just caught my eye.
