The UPS Store

I’m admittedly a huge pain in the butt when it comes to shipping and print orders. The staff at this UPS store location are rock stars as they meet my many needs, in particular Tay. Tay is grounded, patient and always handles my dilemmas with care and thoughtfulness. I wish there were more people like Tay.

The UPS store in Rhinebeck NY is clean and organized and every one of the workers are polite and knowledgeable

I have used this location for about 2 years and I’m in there about every 2 days and I have never once had any issues at all… and the most people I have seen in line is 3 people in front of me and I’m in at all times of the day. I see the low star ratings and have never understood unless these employees are just not around anymore.

I have had positive interactions with all employees over my time visiting the store since 3 months into the pandemic… there is also a counter in the center of the store to set packages on or to write on if needed. Very convenient location so feel free to give them a try again if needed.

Wow! “No problem” and “I got it” were amazing affirmations from the associate today who took my box. It dropped off some camping equipment to mail home - had a return label for a different location - in a used box, and her no problem attitude was confident and pleasant. Well done!

On December 4, 2019 I went to the UPS Store in Rhinbeck, NY. I was in need of their shipping services. I had oddly sized framed piece, so I was also in need their packing skills. The piece was fragile and when I had it professionally framed, quite costly. The gentleman assisting me explained that $100 of insurance came with the shipping fee. I purchased an additional $100 of insurance. At least, in the event the package was damaged or lost, I would be able to recoup something for the loss. My total fee was a little over $26, the packing, shipping and additional insurance. Based on past experiences with Priority Mail from the U.S. Postal service, that fee was just about in line with what they would charge, yet I would have had to take care of the packing of the oddly sized, fragile piece. The package arrived at it's destination the next day. The recipient told me the condition of the piece was perfect. It was handled with great care. I will make use of their services again in the future.

I recently ordered my favorite clothing from Amazon and unfortunately it was the wrong size. I had a good amount of Amazon returns and Thomas and Mikala were more than helpful to me returning such a large quantity.

Great staff, they are very friendly & they go above & beyond to meet your needs. If you ever need items pack & shipped this is the place to go!
