Karyn is my favorite person i have ever got the privilege to get help from. She was super kind and super and super considerate. She deserves a pay raise and promotion, for sure. Mac needs more employees like her.

Wow! I love this MAC Store! I came here with my mom and when we enter we were it felt like we were part of the family here! They helped us do a hands on step by step makeup routine and it was exactly what I needed! I have been so nervous to do liquid liner and the steps they provided to achieve the look I wanted was made simple and totally achievable. Thank you we will be back! As soon as I master my eyeliner on my own!

I went to MAC to update my lipstick and blush. I worked with Danielle and Stephanie who were both extremely helpful. They were honest, very professional , and were very knowledgeable about their products. Thank you so much, I am so happy with my new look !!!

I usually don't write reviews, but I just had to because of one particular person at the store, at make up artist named Justine. I think that is her name, but to recognize her, she is the woman with the dark bangs. She was a superb make up artist! I recommend her highly! I needed to get new make up for a wedding that I am going to in a few months, and wanted to get it done early. In a few short minutes, she picked out the perfect color palette, and demonstrated how to apply the make-up. Wow! what a talent! She is kind, gentle and very knowledgeable about the product selection. She chose the perfect colors for my skin tone and my dress...she is patient, and if you get her, consider yourself very, very lucky. If you can, call to make an appointment with her and if you can't walk in and request her. A shout out to her lovely store manager for also being sweet and very organized, she runs the store amazingly and what a nice person. I believe her name is Karen. If I could give more than 5 stars to this store and Justine I would. Thank you, Justine!

On 8/4/2022, I went into the MAC Store in Short Hills Mall to pick up moisturizer before leaving for vacation. I encountered the most amazing and gifted individual in assisting me with my makeup routine (not just to sell me more makeup). I was not a sales transaction we had an awesome experience. Her name is Nicole.

I am not a big makeup wearer. I needed something to enhance my natural skin without looking made up. One of my biggest issues is dark spots under my eyes from wearing glasses forever. She knew what questions to ask to understand my makeup ritual, she tested multiple products to achieve my desired look for my combination skin. She knew her products and she took the time to do my face with the correct primer, concealer, and foundation in the store. I left there feeling better.

Special Note: The same day I left Nicole and went to the Sephora store downstairs for a Sephora only product, they did not have it, but the women in the store stated "your skin looks amazing". I had to return to the MAC store and share the testimony with Nicole to let her know she amazing and doing a great thing.

Nicole accomplished exactly what I wanted - to have on makeup and someone states your skin looks amazing. Thank you Nicole.

Justine did our makeup and she was AMAZING! She totally listened to what we wanted and had such patience and was sweet and caring. Definitely recommend Justine to do your makeup! She was the best!!

I was in the store two weeks ago and Daniele helped me. I was asking about eye cream and she gave me a sample. Today I went back to buy some and fortunately she was there again. She also helped me with waterproof mascara, spending time explaining different products. She located mascara online and offered to send me a text when it was back in the store. I think she is an exemplary employee.
