I actually called this location before I came the lady that was at the customer service desk answered and was very helpful at the reserving a very popular shoe so that my daughters can try them on I had called kids Foot Locker in Santa Ana and they never picked up the phone I went to Foot Locker at the won a park mall and they were not very helpful if either I appreciate that this store had a huge selection for my daughters to try on in respect to other brands and models

I would like to say that today 12-23-22 I visited WSS to purchase a pair of sneakers and would like to compliment the young lady that helped me out she was so pleasant and professional although my size was not available she went out of her way to give me an alternative way to purchase them she really had that holiday spirit and so I purchased another pair that I was interested in and on top of that they honor our Veterans they have me hooked and for sure I will return for another purchase kudos to all at this establishment.JuanP

Went to get some new workout shoes for my girlfriend. As soon as we walked in the employees were super helpful! Wish I remembered the young man's name who helped us out. He took care of us with a smile 😃 and made sure we were happy with our choice before paying. Definitely coming back here again when either of us need shoes.

I needed some comfortable shoes for walking and standing a lot and I found these goodies. I was in there at around 11am. Deshawn helped me find a couple different pairs to try and I walked away happy with these. Cecilia, who I believe was the manager, rang me up and found me some nice socks. Nice and easy shoe shopping experience.

Security is always looking at you but I got a good deal on 3 pairs of shoes

Great customer service very helpful and freindly staff members especially David Juarez who was at the door. Very knowledgeable on the shoes I was looking for. I would highly recommend this store to my friends and family. Located in fullerton ca next to in and out.

Had a great experience there. The staff were so helpful and helped me find the pair of Vans I was looking for. They called another store and helped me pay for them at the store I was at so all I had to do was pick them up at the other store.

you have many options and for get prices too, I actually came 4 backpacks for my niece and also ended up buying shoes for myself under 20bucks, great place and they remodeled it

Has Great Selections, cheap and is so COVID friendly. They have sanitizers out so you can grab some and everyone is super polite.

This place has great prices and value if you hit the clearance section. With coupons and special offers things get easier .
