Ordered a Meta Quest 3 from this store. It was a store pick up. The process was pretty quick, got thier email that my pick up was ready and the pick up process also was really quick and the staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you.

I had a dash cam(not purchased from Best Buy) installed today by them. Shout out to Hector! He did a wonderful job and was very fast about it. Camera is now installed and works wonderfully. Oh and was cheaper to get it done here than local audio stores.

Our aging flat screen TV passed quietly during the night so we began shopping for a replacement in the 60" range. At our Best Buy in San Marcos, a very savvy young employee helped us zero in on just the right technology, size and price within 15 minutes after our arrival. We paid, loaded and left quicker than I imagined we could. Installing and tweaking the new TV and Soundbar will be easier the second time we do it but overall, it's a breeze. We packed up the corpse of the departed Samsung and drove it back to Best Buy for recycling. Here's where the store "outdid itself". When I told the front door greeter/security guy why I was there he immediately got on his microphone and called for someone to help. Within a few minutes, two nice guys with a cart had the old TV removed from my truck and as they say, "that was that". This Best Buy store had the product selection, prices and service levels that made me write this review. Well done Best Buy.

Customer service is just amazing here. Came to see Geek Squad to get help on what I thought was a phone hacking in progress. They were very busy. However, the customer service agent took care of me immediately and solved my problem. Thank you. You made my day.

We are shopping for a high end TV and Sound Bar. Roger answered all our questions and provided details and comparisons of different TV models that were impressive. Based on his input we will be making a purchase at this store in the next week.

My SD Card for my camera died and I went and found them pretty quick. There was plenty of parking close to the door. The business was clean and well organized. The price was reasonable and didn't have to wait in line for more than a minute.

Everytime I have an experience at Best Buy, I walk out with a sense of relief that they've solved my issues!!! Zach is my new best geek squad!! He's got cool hair also.

Customer rep was awesome, quick in, quick out, shipped the Sony Bravia to the house and he met me out front in the rain so I could pull my car around for the sound bar. He gave an honest review of TV brand differences. Service was so good I added a sound bar and subwoofer.

I am glad this charger is in my neighborhood. It isn't too busy and it is configured well with three chargers in a row but one is positioned with the charger near the open end of the space so the cable can reach the other end of the EV. Also the combo CCS/ChaDe Mo charger is across the lot in a long row of parking spaces. Therefore it's cables might reach 4 different parking spots (I haven't used that chargers.

On New Year's Eve our primary refrigerator decided to stop cooling the freezer 😜. Ruben took good care of us. Didn't try any high pressure upsell (since we knew what we wanted). He did show us some other options which helped us clarify our decision (he knew his inventory). Pleasant experience for replacing a major appliance on the last day of 2023.

Hector does a great job, he does a really good job with installation and additional things you might need to keep your vehicle safe from theft!!!

Me and my girlfriend are avid gamers and they usually have a game we both can enjoy. Plus they always have great prices on Samsung TV's and wall mounts. Also very helpful employees that can answer any questions you throw at them.

Great best buy location with great customer service! Made a pick-up order in the morning, and it was available within 20 minutes of opening. They also helped my fiance pick out an amazing Galaxy tablet that she is OBSESSED with. Will be going back again.

I haven't been to Best Buy in a while, and it's far better than I remembered. The store is well organized, well staffed with knowledgable and friendly employees, and (importantly for me) tons of products are out on display to look at and try our before buying. I was shopping for a car radio, and their selection and display setup were quite impressive.

Eric was very helpful at helping me decide what phone to buy. Answered any questions i had. Didn't try to hide about current stock. Or that they don't offer unlocked phones for my needs. Told me what stores do so i don't go running around. This the definition of customer service. Getting the answers you need when you need them. 👍👍
