I've never had a problem with the UPS Store in any way, our packages usually arrive a little early and its a good, clean convenient location

He staff is always friendly and the service is fast. Easy access off of Oakland, great experience during hectic time of year.

I have been using this UPS store for years and they are always friendly and efficient, and reasonably priced. I have been living in Costa Rica and Ecuador and they always get my mail and packages to me wherever I am.

I've used the store many times over the past 4 years since we moved to town. I've never had a problem. I send packages, buy supplies and use their notary service. Just be sure to call ahead to make sure the notary is present

Kind, professional, quick and efficient. I've had good experiences at this UPS store over the past couple of years. In my most recent visit, I learned that the store has new ownership. I found that the people working there do really good work.

Three people at this location were unable to help me. An Amazon return required UPS. First excuse, we don't have WiFi, so I couldn't access my prepaid label. Another customer suggested I could get a screenshot and that works for her. Left, got a screenshot, and returned. Now there's a ridiculous line. Still no access, went outside, pulled up my screenshot, but the third guy now said he couldn't scan my label, and it's $2.94 to print it. Are you kidding? UPS gets the business for my prepaid return but charges for the label? What a scam!

Very grateful for this store and the friendly and efficient staff! I have gone to this location for the seven years I've lived nearby. The have been consistently helpful.

Normally I’m not one to write reviews however, Antonio at the The UPS Store’s Shorewood branch took the time to handle my fragile shipment with great care and professionalism, no complaints upon arrival. I will be recommending this branch to my local colleagues.

First off, I'd like to state that I ship a lot of stuff. For work and for personal reasons. For work I am forced to use Fedex but for all my personal shipping needs I always go to this UPS Store. Unlike many other franchises, this particular store doesn't charge for tape 👍. This location is really convenient since they're right on Oakland so you'll find it a short distance from Riverwest, the East Side, Shorewood, or Whitefish Bay.They do USPS and UPS labels and will tell you both prices and which is the cheapest/fastest option. As a UPS store, they'll package your stuff up for you and nothing that I've sent through them has ever arrived damaged. I've printed stuff there before too. It's the trust policy so you can either do it yourself and tell them how many you have or if you're feeling lazy you can get them to do it for you with like a few cents extra. I appreciate that they can just get straight to business and cut it out with all the pandering chitchat that's so common these days. Particularly when you're in a hurry and just want to ship things and get on with your day.

This store and their staff are absolutely perfect. There are many, many small business in Shorewood who depend on their fast, friendly and professional services. If you own a small business or are thinking about starting one this UPS Store will be your best resource. A very busy place but they always have time to do a fantastic job.

I dropped off a package here to be delivered and needed assistance in marking the box. I was helped right away and the matter was finished in less than five minutes. Very helpful staff, great drop-off location for shipping with UPS.

I’m in once a week (for years!) and have had nothing but the most efficient, knowledgeable, friendly help. It is by leaps and bounds a better experience than both the post office and FedEx/Kinkos!
