Dollar General

I love the Rockford mn Dollar General! I go there almost daily. They always what I need. And it’s such a warm friendly environment. They treat you like family. The new store manager is so kind and approachable. And really seems to know the store! I definitely give this place a five star rating !

I love that Rockford has a Dollar General. You can definitely see that there were growing pains when the store opened. However, it looks like management was working really hard to getting the store dialed in. I have never seen the aisle so pretty and her knowledge of the store is exceptional, for the small amount of time she’s been there. I believe her name is Patience. I love the seasonal stuff. I was able to get everything I need for whatever holiday was on the plate. Just finished buying all the stuff I needed for Halloween. Patience took me on a tour of the stuff that she had there and I was able to get everything and she spent quite a bit of time helping me out which doesn’t ever seem to be the case anywhere else I shop. I felt like the most important customer of the day.

I’m disabled and have a very limited ability to shop. My shopping experience was wonderful. I was given help with items I couldn’t reach and helped me with gathering my goods. The manager of the store Patience, was so kind and helpful and she even brought my items out to my car. Thank you for your service and thank you for all the staff who definitely love their job. I’ll be sure to shop there again and again. Keep up the good work. God bless you all.

Great selection! Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Love the deals they have on Gain laundry products. It's like Target for me, can't leave without spending more than planned. Love the app. with the cart calculator and shopping list!

Best Dollar General I've ever stepped into. I'm always greeted by an employee even when they obviously have a lot going on. Clean organized store. Everyone friendly and helpful. The people working here should get some sort of raise for how hard they work.

Love having the staff we do at this one in Rockford

Everybody there is so kind! I literally was a couple bucks short one day for my dinner sides for me and my daughter , and the gentleman literally reached in his pocket and borrowed me the money and told me to pay it forward! That’s amazing and beyond customer service ! Plus they actually have a really decent variety of stuff pretty much everything we needed in Rockford !!! Much love and big ups to the staff at Dollar General in Rockford From THIS guy😉!

Love the store and adore the staff!!! Somethings could be priced better for a dollar general but I am aware that has nothing to do with the individuals working there. The Manager is very personable and engaged with her customers and very good at remembering her regulars.

The items available are decently priced and they have a wide selection of products whether I need cereal or a top. The hours they are open are great too!

Finally, a store in town. No more long trips back to Walmart for that one essential forgotten item (usually diapers!). Pretty much every random thing you would need to run to Buffalo for is now in Rockford.

This is a great DG location. Generally speaking, I'm a DG fan for the vslue, but stores vary greatly and this one had friendly and helpful employees as well as well stocked shelves.

Love the clearance there. Well stocked and great staff. They are always so happy and helpful.

Great store for the area. Staff is very friendly. Aisles are well marked, easy to find items. Lots of Christmas items.

Lots of choices at a good price! The manager is very helpful and it's a nice clean store.

Customer service is top notch and sometimes I even forget that I'm in a retail store to shop because I always feel like I'm chatting with a friend...

This store is in a convenient location for me. I dont have go to a different town now for simple items.
