It is a great place to shop. Pleasant atmosphere and friendly employees.

It’s my go to. They’re great! Little expensive, but for a few things at a time. It’s fine.

Came in for the first time and accidently cut my finger on the card board donut box. The Bakery attendant was very helpful and even brought me a band-aid! She also came out with fresh bread rolls after helping me which I snagged a bag of. The cashier was also nice and helped me sign up for reward points. The donuts are totally worth it by the way, and they have good dinner rolls too!

I started using this Ridley's last year and I really enjoy it. It's a smaller store but it's rarely crowded and I can find some of my favorite drinks here. One family favorite is Stewart's Root Beer which is a little harder to find out here and I was so excited to find it. Quality is good and the store is clean and well kept.

I like the meat department's chicken fajita mix! I'm on a weight loss program & the chicken fajita mix is everything you need! Protein & fresh veggies! It's wonderful!!!

There are two (2) particular people I'd like to really thank for superb customer service.
She's the lady who works in the Flower Department. She is always so helpful and always has a smile on her face!
The other person works mainly at the self- checkout, and I can never remember her name either, but she is always good to laugh with and give a bad time with, also (right up me alley because I like a person who I can give it right back). She is short in stature and a brunette that wears glasses and boisterous. I just get a kick out of her!

I was checking out at the register with Jeff. He was fantastic! He was friendly, personable and helpful! He provided me with customer service that is desperately needed and wanted in this day and age. He is greatly appreciated! I will now wait to go through his line only because of the wonderful service he provides. Thank you Ridley's for having him on your staff!

I like this store and the meat dept is awesome 👌and the Bakery is awesome ,the produce is getting better organized try the deli they have ice-cream cones vanilla & chocolate, or swirl yummy 😋

Employees Jeff and Zora were phenomenal. They made my night. Jeff was kind and seemed to actually care about how my day was going. Taking time to do a good job while still caring for the person in front of him is a skill that I have not often seen from cashiers. Zora stopped to make sure that her work station was clean. So impressed with them both!

Great deli I offered 10 different things at once and Jake I think was his name was amazing he got all 10 correct and right on the pounds. Very friendly very clean bought 30 pieces of chicken and only had to wait 10 min for it. Had a party and was able to feed everyone. Thanks so much. Def will come again for all my needs. Just moved here from Montana. And had great service from this store was on pocatello creek. It's a must for the great chicken and service. Very nice team. Thanks ridleys will be buying my chicken from you guys no longer Albertons.

Prices seem average for groceries, but it's a locally owned store with amazing doughnuts (far better, IMO, than any chain, or even specialty shops, like Voodoo in Portland) and the best grocery store deli I've encountered anywhere.

As with countless others, the Ridley's deli in Old Town was a staple of lunches or after-school snacks in high school. This location is more convenient for the north side of town. Always glad for a chance to stop in when I'm in Pocatello.

This store is close to the freeway and easy to get to and out of. Plus they have some great deals on meat. With a deli, produce with a homemade salsa, and items harder to find at a larger store.

Went there because my grandson wanted a donut. Their donuts are the best. The case had a large selection and we picked out a dozen. They even make Texas size donuts and I'm not aware of any other bakery that makes them. Really like the variety of the filled ones.

What a grest store, their bakery, produce and meat dept. Are awesome. Bought a birthday cake and cupcakes and their service was right on point. Now don't let me forget about the donuts a must have every time we go to Blackfoot or Pocatello. Have even been in their store in McCall. Nicest employees I truly recommend going and shopping there.

I enjoy going to our neighborhood Ridley's. The staff is very welcoming and excellent customer service. I really enjoy the prices and sakes each week. Thank you for keeping prices low and excellent variety of vegetables and fruit. 🙂
