From my experience from the front end of the store to the pharmacy the staff work really hard. Yes, they are under staffed but put everything on the line for their customers.

My biggest concern is how the customers treat the employees when there's a misunderstanding, need to wait a bit longer or simply unable to help. Customer service is taken very serious here but like most customers they can get very disrespectful and take it personally when they don't like the answer they were given. The pharmacy is were I see the worst side of the customers. The pressure of getting medicine is one thing but screaming at the staff is crossing the line.

As a customer and human being, please have more respect for someone who is trying to simply do their job and stop taking it personally.

Easy to pick up our prescription and checkout was fast.

Tasha, who works at the Westford Walgreens Pharmacy has several times been extremely helpful. Another associate, Sarah, at the same store has also been helpful. My thanks to them and to the store.

I have used Walgreens since the mid 90's. I tried RiteAidd and CVS and always had issues filling my prescriptions.

Pharmacy staff ignores people when they walk up to the counter, then when they do acknowledge you they're rude. However the front end staff acknowledge everyone politely and are very friendly.

My favorite Walgreens. Never too crowded, lot of parking and good service.

went here way back 4/12/2016 and it was a pleasant experience. Staff were helpful and easy to talk to. :)
