Boost Mobile

Erika and Tony has made me feel like part of the family. I have enjoyed being with boost. They both make sure everything is well to go. Never been a issue, if there has been a issue with my phone, they have made sure to fix it before i left store or when i came in. Couldnt ask for better customer care and support or store to go. I 100% recommend them :)

Just had such a great experience with Tony at Boost Mobile in Covington, VA. I have been unable to use the data on my phone or tethering my lap top to a hot spot on my phone. I was getting very frustrated. I called the Boost Mobile store but figured I would just be told I needed a new phone. Tony took the time to explain to me some things we could try over the phone. I wont go into specifics of what we did but the problem was fixed right away. I live in WV so was not looking forward to having to drive to Covington, VA. Thanks Tony for all your help and patience.

This store an the workers are great they comunicate very well an they get you what u want. I have no complaints hope y'all keep it up
