I cannot Rave enough about this Verizon store. Rebecca is an absolute star, she was so helpful and professional. I definitely will be forever a return customer, I finally found my fit with a Verizon store! For the problem that was settled today this woman deserves a raise!!!! 10/10 would recommend!

Wonderful service! Kay-dee did an excellent job getting me swapped over from another carrier. She went over everything in detail with me and made sure my phones were working properly before I headed out. They also were doing a great job of multi tasking and helping other customers as I was trying to get information from the previous carrier.

Tamika is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She knew her stuff! Did not have to rifle through any books or call anyone. We both enjoyed the encounter I believe. She showed me/walked me through how to use my new phone and answered each question I had. She is an excellent rep for Verizon. Thanks

It was a great experience. Tamika was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Was patient even though she had 3 customers in the store and she was alone. She tried every angle to help me with my situation and I was very impressed.

The associates at the Appomattox Virginia store are amazing. They explain plans down to the smallest detail and work hard to be sure you get what you need. They are friendly , patient and knowledgeable. They treat each customer with the same level of importance. They have corrected issues from other stores and made the appropriate recommendations for phones and accessories. I live about the same distance from other stores but this is the only one I will go to.

Great store! Excellent Customer service. Gary is that dude!!! He did a great job handling my family and I on all our phone occasions so far. We will continue to see him as well for any other phone issues.

Gary, the store manager, was very involved with helping us with our needs. He explained in a professional easy to understand manner all answers to our questions. And guided us through our transition from a carrier that we felt was not meeting our needs.
I highly recommend Verizon for all your smart phone needs in the Appomattox area.

Ethan's customer service and knowledge was top notch. I originally thought I would have some issues with getting my phone fixed. Instead i was able to trade it in and get a new phone for next to nothing. Much appreciated Ethan.

Ethan was very helpful and I appreciated him feilding all my questions. He helped me pick out a case and even put my screen protector on for me, because we all know those things are horrible to put on!

I (somehow) was unaware that there was a Verizon store in this Appomattox shopping center. Dealing with personnel was as easy as falling off a log! This store has none of the chaos that I associate with the Wards Road store here in Lynchburg and seems much more professional than the Timberlake store.
I highly recommend this shop!

While travelling to Roanoke Va, my grandson download a game. The tablet frozed up. We stopped to buy gas and saw this store. The gentleman pleasantly greet me as I walk into the store. He explained what happen and showed me how to eliminate the problem in the future. Very informative and pleasant young man.

I came in today and has exceptional customer service! Was not expecting to walk out happy and the manager Gary Robertson hooked me up exceptionally fast! I appreciate it so much!

Gary Robertson is the man! I had an HTC 612 and had mistakingly removed the SIM card and could not get it to lock back in. So off I went to the Version store. I am from the Richmond area and I had minimal expectations for Appomattox. Many things are different in Appomattox in comparison to Richmond, but not at the Version store. Gary was fast and efficient all the while helping another client with a noticeably difficult issue. Gary got my wife's phone working even though it appears the SIM port spring is done. It's good to know this store is just five minutes away.

Timika is amazing. She’s patient and so knowledgeable. I always look forward to seeing her when I need to come in for something. She is so very helpful.
