Love this location. This store is huge! The staff is super friendly and goes above and beyond. They have a great selection of items from candles to soaps to body sprays and everything is always neatly displayed. Sales are clearly stated. You always feel good walking out. Highly recommend.

I’ve shopped here tons and always have a great experience. But today was special. They have a girl there, Sabrina… This girl was out of this world awesome. Finding customer service like that at a retail location is far and few in between. I couldn’t remember the name of a list I bough back in December that I Loved. She kept coming back to see if it could be this one or that one…. Until she found it. Something so minimal, and maybe insignificant, but it made my day that she helped me find the name. I bought stuff today, but people like that make you want to come back and shop again, and as soon as that smell comes back, so will I.

I visited this location this morning and I had a great experience! Christina greeted me and told me about the $4.95 fragrance mist sale. While I honestly THOUGHT I was going in to pick up ONE thing, she introduced me to a new scent and informed about the return of an old favorite.
(Needless to say, I exceeded the one item) She was very friendly and informative! A true asset to your company. Kudos Christina for great customer service!!!

This was my first and definitely not my last time at this bath and body Works since I like how the things wear set up inside.
Their prices were great because I win when they had a great sale and I had a coupon.

Service was fantastic and I end up paying a little bit less than I expected. It’s located inside of a shopping center so parking is definitely not a problem

I love this store not only cause it's the nearest one to my home but because it's always a pleasant shopping experience. Today, I was shocked when I walked in and there were 3 - 4 store clerks huddled by the store entrance looking at something on a smartphone. Not one of them greeted me, offered me a bag or any help even when I was wandering around the store because I couldn't find what I was looking for. Suddenly I heard a voice behind me ask if I was looking for something specific; it was a store clerk who was walking into the store. She walked me to the product I was looking for. I couldn't make up my mind about which scent to buy when a second store clerk approached me, began describing the different scents and uncovering them so I could smell them. I finally made up my mind, picked up the two bottles I wanted to purchase and very quickly a cashier who didn't have a customer at the moment offered to ring me up if I was done. What started as a disappointing experience at my favorite store was quickly turned into another pleasant experience by 3 exceptional employees. Thank you so very much, KENNEDY, TAMARA, and NATALIE! Y'all are the best!

Natalie(blue/green hair) was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. I've come to this location several times, all the employees are kind and attentive. Today, however, Natalie went above and beyond for my mother and I really appreciated it. Thanks again!

I usually come here to buy hand soap as the quality is good. I was surprised and I didn't know that Bed Bath and Beyond sells men's cologne! I tried a few samples of colegne and they smell good

If we could give Laura 1000 stars, we would. She’s professional and well-informed and my absolute favorite. She’s very relatable. Our sales experience felt like a Sunday afternoon smelling and buying candles with your friends after brunch. Also, she has a good nose! 🤣🤣🤣 If you know, you know. Arianna and the gentleman there were super helpful during my return process and helped me find my favorite scents that were on sale, and I ended up purchasing 3 times more than I initially intended!!!! I had my 12 year old with me as well and she brought her own Xmas money 💰 / gift cards they were so nice and encouraging she bought over $40$ of her own things ( antibacterial and lip gloss collector) and they told her u can use moms digital coupon as well sweety !

Love this place. It’s a small store and always busy but I can see why. The staff is so helpful and they are attentive despite of how busy they are.
