The best parts city I have been too. Staff was nice and helpful. They actually answer their phones and was able to help me out. They could of just easily dismissed my request but they went out of their way to help me out. Really appreciate!!! Great staff!!!

Omg the staff was very nice, ordered the 50” number balloons 🎈

So I placed an order for 10:30am and I received a text message saying it was ready to pick up. Little did I know the message is programmed to send a text super early. I found it odd as to why so early but didn’t think much of it. I arrived @7:30am and the assistant manager Robert and his team helped me out! Explained to me why I received a message and that they are willing to help me out and honestly I appreciated the help. They could’ve easily sent me back home and told me to return at the actual pick up time. Amazing customer service!

Mario is awesone, my mom and I called to check if they have some costumes in stock, he was pretty nice, after that we went to the store and he welcome us and helped us to find what we need, he even went to the back of the store to get our costumes in the sizes we need them. Thank you so much you are great

The reason why I give it a 5 is because the customer service was a-1. It's understandable not to have many costumes but out of the party cities that were located on 88th and 8th this one at least gave you an opportunity to see if they were available. Good job! Love it.

Excellent service, all employees are very well trained, friendly and very helpful. Assortment is very well organized and easy to find. The on-line order and pick-up in store is a very huge time saver, specially if doing a big party.
