Hagan Ace Hardware

I went in to get a few small annual plants for a little bit of color for my planter. I didn't realize it was closing time. Everyone there assisted me. It wasn't until I left that I realized its closing but I wouldn't have known by the friendly service.

Hagan Ace Hardware is the place of fantastic finds. As a gardener and fisherman, it’s the place to go. Plants, pots, lawn care products, outdoor furniture, kayaks, apparel, lots of beautiful plants. The store is clean, well maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. This is a place where the Family stands by their service. Dan, Gavin, and Chris were wonderful in mixing up sample paints for me within the past week. Jay helped me with information on how to take care of my grass. This Ace Hardware always provides exceptional customer service. This store is well organized and clean. Great overall shopping experience. Needed my knives sharpened and found out that Ace sharpens knives! Didn’t know that! Went in and a very nice young lady greeted me. I think her name is Amanda. Sorry if I got that wrong. I told her I needed my knives sharpened and she called Michael who helped me. Michael used a machine that used a laser to measure the blade and then grinds the blade to the required sharpness. It’s very cool to watch this thing! See the picture of this miracle machine!
The price to sharpen each knife was reasonable. The knives are now sharper than my ex wife’s tongue and let me tell you, her tongue could cut diamonds!!
This Ace Hardware store is huge! All kinds of products from kayaks to shoes to cooler to fertilizer to garden supplies! Loved it!! I’ll be back!

This store has everything to need! Indoor project or outdoor projects, they got what you need! Inner space or outter space projects, they got what you need! Need sporting good? They got ‘em! Need pool supplies? Of course they got ‘em! If they don’t have something you don’t need it!
The people there are close by to help, unlike big box stores where you have to hunt for someone.
I was there today and this gentleman, Dan, gave me advise on a small project I was doing. Not only did he help me but he looks and acted like he should have his own home repair/remodeling show! Thank you Dan, your suggestion worked great!
PS I forgot to mention. The free bags of popcorn they have there for customers. My wife loves popcorn and I brought her two bags. She raves about the popcorn!! She asked me to get more! See the picture of the machine that makes the best popcorn in Northern Florida!

I haven't bought anything here in the 3 times I have come here, but it is rarely busy and I was hard pressed to see another customer while in there. So this means easy to find an associate to help you. As close as you can get to feeling g rich and having your own personal assistant.

The layout of the aisles and the overhead lighting are outstanding. There are no dark spots anywhere in the store. All aisles are wide enough for carts to pass with room left over, and no troublesome temporary displays to navigate around. Store specials are clearly marked with bright signage. The whole store shows that much care and thought went into the placement and planning of the items for sale.

The knife displays are a must see. I believe that every brand of knife is there for sale.
There is an aisle with boating supplies and a whole corner of the store (Hagen Coastal Outfitters), dedicated to outfitting your every beach, fishing, kayaking, and flip-flop needs.

Many personal touches have been done in the "Garden Center" layout. I loved the dinosaur display, (All "dino" items are for sale) it is exceptionally well planned. They even have Christmas ornaments with little plants in them, and water features as well.

Yulee's own Hagen ACE Harware is more than a "run of the mill hardware store", it is a shopping experience that will be remembered and shopped at again and again by the Eastern Nassau county residents as well as out of area visitors to our beaches alike.

Wow! What a beautiful and large store. What more could a guy ask for. Everything from household to Kayaks. Highly recommend.

Very helpful staff. This time was a call about the availability of a product, to save time going to the store. Before, when I have been at store there was always someone who offered to help find or to load in my vehicle. Many items are offered, and the nursery is well stocked (even have yard statuary mixed in to the displays).

They had a great sale on veggie starts and marigolds. The plants are healthy.

This Ace Hardware is hidden from the main road. I honestly never knew it was there driving to my parents house, but I'm thankful I finally discovered it. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Store had the fruit trees I was looking for, and ones I did not even know I needed. Just bought my mom a whole bunch of beautiful potted flowers and it only cost me $80!!! That is the cost of just a dozen roses in a nice arrangement, and when my mom arrives at her front door there will be 10 sets of beautiful flowers instead of just 1!!!!

I love this place. Customer service is always top notch and they have a lot of hardware that not even Lowe's and Home Depot carry. They've saved my butt a couple of times now when I couldn't find what I needed anywhere else. One of the best knife selections I have seen not to mention the unbelievable fishing and boating area. Definitely one of my favorite stores to visit. It's like a toy store for do it your selfers.

Nice store, friendly folks. Love the Hagan Outfitters part of the store. Kayaks (Old Town), paddleboards (Bote). Great inventory and loads of accessories, too. The fishing department is well stocked, too. Penn rods and reels.

I cannot say enough about how upstanding these folks are and especially the manager Aaron. I am sincerely appreciative for you and your help with my lawnmower issue, you were spot on and I thank you so much for going WAY above and beyond for me today!

Hagan's has a really wide array of items in their store. I've never seen an Ace Hardware with a fishing section, and this one has a pretty good one. Kayaks and paddle boards aren't my thing personally, but they have those as well. The normal hardware store items are all there, easy to find, and reasonably priced. The garden center is surprisingly good. I went there to support my daughter's butterfly raising obsession and it did not disappoint.

In all, it's a really interesting store. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable in their departments. Highly recommend.

Mr. Lee is the key man. We had visited several ACE locations and none could help us with our vehicle key. Mr. Lee and the team were service minded and great at getting their customers taken care of.

Today was our first visit to this ACE and it couldn't have been better. We were greeted as soon as we stepped into the Garden Center, and the knowledgeable associate helped us find the plants we wanted (which we couldn't find anywhere else). She was great! We enjoyed shopping here and we'll be back. Excellent customer service in the Garden Center!
