This place is amazing so many fun toys for kids and many more whoever comes here will have a blast.

Not gonna lie, I'm shocked this store has a 3 star rating because my typical experience here is ALWAYS 3+ stars. While I'm not going to give away my trade secrets, let's just say that this store has helped pay the bills for over a year now. You get back what you put in so your shopping experience will be whatever you make it. Happy thrifting!

I find the staff and managers to be polite, courteous and helpful.

It has been a couple years since I have visited this location, whoever is running the place now has made quiet a difference store is more organized better lighting, and I had great customer service. I will visit this location again.

Read the bad reviews on here and was very nervous to head here. But I went anyway and SO GLAD I DID!! They had excellent housewares and kids toys and great prices.
ALSO...I was there with my two kids and very hard to do anything with them, so the staff went well OUT OF THEIR WAY to help me. They held my cart for me when it got too much for me to handle, they wrapped in paper an ENTIRE CART of plates that I had purchased, AND helped me to my car.
BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION!!

I can definitely tell this store is under new management. I used to walk in here and see roaches crawling on the floor. The store also used to smell so bad. Now the store is always clean when I shop there and I can honestly say it makes my shopping experience there much better.

Found just what I was looking for. Got a pan, skillet, phanny pack, 4pk nice utensils and a small lamp for $17. Decided to camp on a whim while visiting 6flags and this was perfect to get the things that we forgot. Super nice cashier.

I love this Goodwill. I lived in Douglasville GA for 6 yrs. I bought so many beautiful items from there. Like designer handbags. Clothes and shoes. I think the prices were reasonable. I enjoyed shopping ther. The employees were polite and very courteous. I truly do miss shopping there now that I've moved away. But if I ever come back to Douglasville I will be shopping there again.

Lots of good finds! Not the best of the goodwills but a good variety of furniture, used toys, decor and books. It's fun to scout out the deals. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. They usually have some new or really nice items in the front by the jewelry counter.

Nice variety. Prices are acceptable. Furniture was priced well. No buggies for customers at first but was able to get one from leaving customer. Employees seemed polite.

I've been shopping at Goodwill stores for years now, however the Douglasville store is special. There's a manager there Curtis, is awesome he always go above and beyond to help and his efforts dont go unnoticed. Keep up the good work.

My wife usually is the one doing the shopping at the goodwill stores but this one for some reason much nicer than other goodwill stores. I did love that they had the tv/computer monitors demoing and actually running versus other stores where its a guessing game if they work or not, so bonus points there goodwill overall had a great experience.

The employees have always been pretty nice, there’s a good selection of items, and everything is pretty well priced.

I love visiting at this location because it's a clean environment; clothes are organized well; great prices; and have great customer services every time I visit.

I was fairly suprised at this goodwill. Good selection could be a little better. I had a problem and one of the managers Shaun was very helpful. Soo I will return again

Saved a ton 4 pair of designer jeans 2 izods shirts two t-shirts and a pair of new balance black low top sneakers $55.00 who knew....me..!!!!

Maybe it's my superpower, but I almost always find what I am looking for here.
