AT&T Store

I went into the store because my daughter's Apple watch would not pair up like it was suppose to and Corey was awesome!! He was SUPER friendly and extremely professional. He made us feel like we've known him for years and I love that about a customer service representative. Thanks Corey!!! :)

My husband and I have had AT&t for over 14 years. Every time we go into the store we are greeted promptly, we are taken care of thoroughly! Whether be an upgrade or adding lines or getting direct TV ...whatever the case may be, every customer service rep we have ever dealt with and management has been nothing but top-notch. we love our local AT&t store in St Robert and look forward to many more years of excellent customer service!

knowledge of the schematics on the app to give the best quality of service. Showing devotion to the job by knowing the difference between different phones when the information is not shown. was able to give a accurate and honest information about our plans. was still able to implicate offers that would help us in future employments

I came in for just a simple transfer from my old phone to my new phone that I ordered from AT&T. I know that some companies pay on commission and a customer coming in to do something like a transfer takes away from the employees ability to make a commission off a customer that is purchasing a phone. With that said, Katelynn NEVER made me feel like my needs weren’t important. She was absolutely amazing with assisting me in transferring my phone, answering all of my questions about the phone, the service, and even the city that we’re living in. She was so knowledgeable and kind and made me feel like a valued AT&T customer. I’ve seen negative reviews regarding customer service with military families and as a military family member myself, I can honestly say I wasn’t treated any different or poorly because of it. I will continue visiting this location because of Katelynn. You’ve got yourself a great asset their AT&T!

Evan was wonderful and I was able to get all three of my children new iPhone 14s on the Black Friday sale. Thank you Evan for also respecting my time and taking good care of me. Job well done!!!

Our family has used AT&T for many years and have always been treated well at the St. Robert store location. However, last evening we were treated especially well by Dalton & Alaeyna! We arrived at the store to have our data transferred from our old phones to our new phones that we had ordered on the AT&T website. I have to say that Dalton & Alaeyna both were so nice and wonderful to work with! It was like we had known them for years, but had only just met them. We can't say enough good things about their customer service. So if you ever have to go to the St. Robert AT&T store, be sure and ask for Dalton & Alaeyna....they will treat you like old friends!

I was thinking about signing up for Diretv via internet and went to visit AT&T in St. Robert. I have talked to many people who highly recommend Britt so that is who I asked for. She did not fail to disappoint. We were greeted with a smile and she had a very pleasant attitude the whole time. She was very knowledgeable in all the plans and products. I will always recommend Britt to everyone I know. Thanks for the amazing service.

This store was wonderful. They exceeded all of my expectations and helped me get a phone for my father. Staff was very proficient and detailed. Would highly recommend them to anyone in that area!

Came in last week on information to upgrade my phone. Staff was nice and was able to get my questions answered and got me taken care of quickly. The manager checked in on us gave me great recommendations.

I had a problem with my phone and found out that it couldn’t get repaired . I now have a new phone and am learning how it works. There was an issue about needing my password from my old email with charter. I finally got it and now I can get into my google accts. Thank you

Was in recently to check out some accessories for my iPhone. The staff was super friendly and the store manager, Dustin, made sure I was taken care of. Would definitely recommend this store!

The most professional experience I’ve ever had in a cell phone store I highly recommend coming here for your cell phone needs. The staff was very professional, helpful and went above and beyond to give me great service in a timely manner.

Brittany was great. Updated my phone, combined accounts with my SO, updated her phone, transfered phones, bought accessories. Display of phones isn't as great as the Rolla store, but they make up for it with service here.

Katelynn was very nice and professional and definitely knew her stuff. Probably the best phone associate I have ever worked with.

Went in a while ago and made the switch from Verizon to AT&T, I was taken care of to say the least by Evan, not only did I get an answer to any question I could’ve had but his overall knowledge of the available plans and deals for me worked flawlessly, he started by actually talking about what I needed in my plan versus just trying to get me to sign for the most expensive plan, we went through several technical issues with setting my plan up but Evan continued to be extremely professional and helpful, I opted to keep my iPhone 12 Pro Max instead of upgrading then and instead I walked out with a new iPad and Apple Watch and can honestly say they are well worth it, Evan has my business regardless of situations just because of how great of a person he is

The service agent who helped me was kind, knowledgeable, collaborated with another store efficiently in order to secure the total package of handset and accessories I was looking for. Well done!
