CVS

I've had to have prescriptions transferred from a CVS in California. First I tried using the location inside of the Target store in nearby Rosemont but they were horrible to deal with. I couldn't even get anyone to answer the phone.

The pharmacy staff at this location have been fantastic, though. They answer the phones promptly, they are polite and efficient, and I've gotten my prescriptions quickly. You can't ask for more than that.

Using OTC over the counter covered products with Aetna Medicare my wife and I save $90 each ever three months plus with CVS registration number save an additional $10 per month with $10 charge fist month fully reimbursed instantly.

Kinda' surprised by the negative reviews. I haven't had a single issue with this CVS. Prescription is ready quickly, and if there's an issue, they hold it for 14 days. Someone has always picked up the phone every time I called. So, I dunno' what happened in the past, but they're good now.

I shop here almost daily and have only had one mildly negative experience. There was a line of close to 10 or more customers and it took nearly 15 minutes to get checked out. In the stores defense, there was only one cashier at the time, but as stated this was a one time problem that I haven't seen since. Employees are friendly and helpful, and go out of their way to assist customers

Amazing customer service from female manager

Went today 4/12/2016. My daughter and I was looking for $1 lollipop they sell. They didnt have it on the shelves. The Manager (He) went check 3 shelves and the counter then looked at the boxes at the back just to find the item. Gestures like that are above and beyond. Counter clerk (she) was awesome as well handling people while paying. Great service.

Place is 10x better than Walgreens. They actually listen to the customer.
