Mr. Christian Vargas and Try were amazing helping us throughout the process. Very helpful, very knowledgeable and very prompt.

Having been to several AT&T stores, the Store in Garden Grove CA on Harbor Blvd. was the most helpful, respectful, with a professional excellent Customer service experience! I would never go to another store. I had an i pad for my granddaughter that was not set up correctly. This store not only fixed my issue, but helped me save money on my current service when I did a phone upgrade. Thank You Gloria and Edi for excellent customer service!

I'd an issue with my account, and after trying endlessly on the phone and online I went to the store, the manager TRI understood my problem and after a few clicks resolve it to my satisfaction he very patient and knowledgeable about their stuff and really care to help you like with me he knew he wasn't to make any sales and yet went out of his way to help me! you've a customer for life TRI...

Edi was amazing and super helpful. We had an issue with our eSims with our new iPhone 14 Pros and she was able to figure out the problem. So happy!!

Have been here twice and both times I have had grear customer service. Today, I had help from Chris who completed my trade in and helped transfer my data to my new phone. While it was a tideous wait due to the amount of images and videos I had, Chris exemplified great customer service. We had conversations to make time go faster and informed me of the current offers for the company as well. Thanks Chris!

Tri and Andrew helped me out with getting a new phone. They were very welcoming and explained all details very thoroughly as a new customer. I would definitely recommend this store for other getting phone and accounts set up.

I love this store location! The store is spacious and I always felt safe with the precautions they took to ensure they were keeping their customers safe (plastic dividers, signs outside the store about COVID, and hand sanitizers at every station)

As for the team, Teri went beyond and above to help me out. Although she wasn’t trained on the issues I had, she was able to find a solution to every problem.

Her patience, empathy, and ‘can do attitude’ made appreciate the ability to go into a store for support. This was truly the best customer service I’ve experienced in a while! (Thank you, Teri!!)

Shout out to this location and especially Lalo and the manager ( sorry don’t remember the name) top notch team! Keep up the great work guys!

Andrew was a tremendous handsome young gentleman who I think deserves a raise of not just a dollar or two , but a lot more he solved all my issues here.
