Purchased a living room set online after researching the furniture for several weeks and Crosby had the lowest prices. Anytime I called they would answer and if not they would call me back in a few moments.

This was a very smooth transaction except for the truck being delayed to their warehouse, which they are not at fault due to it being out of their control, however, they took care of the delivery fee on their end for the inconvenience. The furniture was in perfect condition, even with a current severe thunderstorm taking place, and they placed the furniture in my living room without a problem.

After going to a few furniture stores looking for a couch, we thought we’d never find what we were looking for. We were then referred to Crosby’s Furniture by our family. Even though their showroom is on the smaller side, they can order just about anything. We explained what we were looking for and within a week, I received a text that they found our dream couch. Matt listened to every detail we were asking for. Within about a month, it was delivered to our house. Sadly, part of the couch ended up being broken. A new one was ordered, no questions asked, and swapped out within one week. Super prompt and friendly service and I’m already looking to order more furniture through Crosby’s!

This is my second time purchasing furniture from the Kiln Ms location . From the minute you walk in the door you are greeted and assisted with finding just what you need .My furniture came in exactly when I was told it would and was delivered and set up where I wanted it. I have recommended Crosby’s to family & friends and will continue to support this small business for any of my future purchases.

Friendly and helpful. Darienne stayed late on a Friday and helped us get some basics for our new house. She even helped me load two recliners in my SUV. I went back the next day and helped Matt load a love seat, so he could deliver it to us. We'll be back. Thanks again y'all!

Crosby’s furniture in the Kiln, was excellent from every part of the experience. The owners, Matthew and Darian were so knowledgeable and accommodating to my 87 year old Mom as she was deciding on a new recliner.
