Our experience with Ashley Furniture was better than expected. Our sales rep, Craig White, was extremely helpful with our requests and knowledgeable about their products! We will certainly return there first when we need more furniture!

We had the best experience purchasing a mattress from Ashley. Craig White, our sales consultant, was knowledgeable, joyful, kind, and made the whole experience an absolute pleasure! The store manager also arranged for us to pickup the mattress at the warehouse, so we did not have to wait for delivery! Exceptional service from start to finish!

Eric the GM was fantastic. Very helpful, no pressure experience! Eric was great showing us the merchandise on the floor as well as directing us to additional options online if we didn’t see what we liked in store. Purchased 3 bedroom sets in store with a quick delivery time.

The general manager and the young lady working with him were very helpful and knowledgeable of the items that I was purchasing and gave very good advise on what be be budget friendly and what had great quality the items were. They also, was very concerned about my situation and not only that they were great conversations too. I would recommend them anytime to other customers too.

Just had a great experience shopping here this week. My wife and I bought some patio furniture in hopes that we would have it in time for the Super Bowl this Sunday. The original delivery date was on the 13th and Nug and Chris jumped through hoops to make the delivery happen before the game! They were super responsive and price matched online deals. Thank you guys for the great service!

Being a first time buyer, I was really nervous and wasn't sure how to start. After speaking with an associate and did some browsing, I started calming down a little and it turned out to be easier than I thought. Jaylon, I hope that's spelled right, was so awesome at the store in Albemarle. This was our last stop trying to find what we were looking for. He took his time answering any questions that we had and showing us whatever we asked to see. Everyone that we came in contact with was polite and very client obsessed! We have other items that we plan to purchase in the future and I have a feeling Ashley's will be our go to place. Awesome experience!

I ordered a sectional and recliner on line, after it was delivered, I did not like the left side chaise. It did not fit well in the living room. I returned it for the right side chaise. Since I ordered the first one online, I could not do an even swap. I had to return it and buy a new one. Eric Hill did a great job in helping me get the best price for the replacement sectional. I highly recommend the Albemarle, NC store.

Just wanted to brag on Nug at Ashley furniture for helping my mom and I the way he did. He was very nice, helpful, and patient with us as we tried to find what we wanted. He also got us the best possible price he could for us. I recommend you request for him if you visit the Albemare location. He was awesome!👌 They have a nice variety of furniture there and we found exactly what we wanted. Very satisfied with our purchase.

We just purchased a coffee table from here and Nug was the best help we could ask for wasn't pushy and and was straight up and honest with any questions we had about any furniture. Nug is a great employee at this furniture store thanks for the help man.
