Airgas Store

Great customer service. The sales rep knew his stuff. If he didn't know the answer, he knew where to find it. The only downside is that they had to order what I needed. It was understandable, though. I can't expect a store that size to have everything in stock, and what I needed was an odd part for an old machine. I halfway expected to find out that the part was discontinued. Thank you for finding it. I highly recommend this store.

Very poor customer service. Service counter guy messed up my order several times. Finally got to the point that I had to drive out of town to another store to get what I needed. Along with the incompetence, they are extremely slow when checking out. At one point service counter employee called manager to help. Manager was rude and very unprofessional. They make it extremely hard to do business with them. I will look around to see what other options I have. Easier to drive out of town than to do business with the his store.

Called 15 times a 1:30 pm no body answers the phone needed to order a part for a welder bought . I rather not drive 8 miles to just to place an order
