went in for the candle event....everyone was so welcoming but the young lady at the register 5stars customer service hand over fist...Still smiling from the interaction I'm going back today because the JOY that young lady shared..Awesome!!

Im so happy this store is finally open closer to me... It's crazy amazing te new stuff they have u really love the shampoo and conditioner of your favorite perfume 💕😍

Went in last night with my teen. I am in love with one specific car fragrance and went directly to that area. This area is also next to a online order pickup area. An older woman with long wavy blonde hair came up, stared at us for a moment and asked if we were doing a pick up. I said no and began to ask about the one thing I was looking for but couldn't find, and mid sentence she just walked away and went to the back. It made me feel like she only came up to make sure I wasnt stealing orders... i kept it to myself but after leaving, my teen stated how rude that woman was. Her treatment is still on my mind today. It's really a horrible feeling and a bad interaction. The other young ladies were super friendly and nice and are the only reason I'm not leaving 1 star. Thanks ladies!

Store sign says they close at 8pm, walked in with my daughter at 7:05pm and was asked to leave because they close at 7pm. I asked the clerk about it all she said was oh and walked off, horrible customer service.
