Grandson looking for a bargain toy, as I meander through this store looking for speciality items. Well worth the stop if looking for 2nd hand "stuff"....fair prices, and often a "I think we can give that to you, no charge"...probably something that had been in the store too long, but a nice gesture ❤❤.

Important to know..CASH ONLY!
Like any thrift store it’ll be a hit or miss. But I have found some great items for true thrift store prices.

I like our Adamsville store better than the Selmer branch. Adamsville has more things and better quality. It's kinda like we don't, in Selmer, get the good stuff. Imo.

The workers need to be able to serve like Jesus. When you have Jesus' name on the building you prolly should act with a little more grace and understanding and well quite Frankly you shouldn't be an old Hag that isn't helpful. Jesus wouldn't like that very much , i don't think.

I'll be honest, any furniture in here will be overpriced, especially considering it's donated and cost them nothing. They will all mark it up like it's a brand new piece you never saw and just came to their store.

Now if you're looking for some clothes at a cheap price , this would be the place. You tend to be able to find a couple things , if you look.

I will say you can find those diamonds in the rough ever so often. But like any thrift store it's hit and miss.

Again, I would say give it a shot but don't expect a lot out of the workers. You aren't going to get above and beyond service at all.

Hope some of the workers change in the future and we get some people that love like Jesus in there. I think he would be ashamed of most there.

Side note...if you're lucky enough to be there when the old man is working in back, he will give you a good conversation and great experience. He's the only person in the entire store that I actually enjoyed being around. (There's not a lot of old men working, so won't be hard to find him. Mostly crabby old women here.)

I'll work on more pictures for you guys, so you can see inside before going. Hope this helps someone.

Very shocked when the worker came up and asked me if that was my baby that was squealing and asked if I had a bottle to give her because old people were leaving because of her squealing. My baby is 11 mos old and was not crying or throwing a fit just squealing with excitement. She would let out a short squeal when she saw a toy or something and would get excited all while smiling and waving at everyone that walked by. Definitely not going back.

Horrible experience with the employees! They approached us and went on to tell us that customers were leaving because my 11 month old was being loud, and proceeded to ask if we can put a bottle in her mouth !! She’s a baby she’s happy so what if she’s being loud . Will not be returning to this store!

A worker acted ugly to a Grandmother because her 11mo old grandchild was squealing in the store. Like all babies do at that age. That's tacky!! Shame on you!!
