The young man who is the manager of the Walgreen Store located at 6635 Bandera Road, San Antonio, TX, is a wonderful and caring individual. I drove by this Walgreen Store in order to buy a few things. When I completed my shopping and was about to leave, I discovered that my auto door key would not open the door. I thought that I was going to have to call a locksmith, but your young manager came to my rescue. All I needed to do was change the battery in the key, and in a flash, it was done.
I want to thank this young man for being so caring, and I want to thank Walgreens for having such a wonderful individual as an employee.

Recently used the pharmacy at this location and was surprised by how courteous and helpful the staff was not only in the pharmacy but the front of the store. The technician Rebecca, who hands down provides the best customer service I’ve encountered in years, and pharmacist Catherine had me in and out of there in less than 15 minutes. This is the best and fastest experience I have ever received at any pharmacy.

I love this location. I've been to others where they close the pharmacy at lunch for 2 hours. The staff are friendly and there is one pharmacist who always goes above and beyond and knows me by name.

We did passport photos for our newborn there. Very friendly staff, we would have been lost without them! Thank you guys
