Best bang for your buck

I decided to come to this location to look at purchasing a few little home tools for projects I have going on around the house and upon entry to the store I was greeted with outstanding customer service by a sales floor rep by the name of Debbie. She was quick to offer assistance and provide some deals that they have going on in store and just overall my experience with this location was really nice and very professional. Thank you again Debbie for providing top of the line customer service!

Good, but too distracting for men. It's like taking a woman to Ulta. If you don't need anything, keep driving like you've got a 4'7 guy in Dulley acting like he'll run you off the road even though you're doing 90. You should budget before you walk in the door, because they've got great stuff.

Cool place look for stuff you need at better price

I had to return some items and get some different ones.Ms Sharrika was a tremendous help and had any and all information we needed. Wonderful customer service! She really seems to enjoy what she does as she is great at it!The store was clean and well stocked and employees seemed to be in good spirits. Thanks for the wonderful service, maam.

One of my favorite places to visit, but it's hard to leave without spending more money than we should. Great prices and awesome customer service!! Carolynn is the best... they'll all great though😉

What's not to like? Cool tools cheap. Now this place is for the beginner to get some experience with tools he's not used to. Some of the tools break easy. But their cheap enough you go buy another one.

I LOVE this place!! This Harbor Freight location, like most all of the ones Ive been to, are staffed with the greatest of super nice , helpful, friendliest people Ive ever encountered at any retail establishment anywhere at any given time. I know thats saying alot about a place but checkout my other reviews and youll see Ive said this about no other place. Their prices are the best of any other, too. They guarentee their gloves too. Did you know that? Yep. I just found that out about a month ago. I dont have all the specifics, so you should probably ask the store you go to but I know if I wear holes in my gloves within 30 days of the time I buy them they will give me another pair free of charge. Why would you go anywhere else? I just love 'em.

Good place for tools and stuff a man need

There is one lil lady in particular who really knows her store. They switched isles around at the Port Arthur, TX. Memorial blv. location. And no matter what I went to her and asked for, she told me the exact isles and shelf location. The lady knows her store. Didn't get her name but, she was a matured lil black woman

Always have a large selection of quality equipment and accessories for various trades and the working person. Can't lose when Pittsburg and Bauer actually perform as good or better

It's harbor freight what's not to like about it and if you think just because it's not necessary brand tools there gonna suck I've had a grinder I bought from them for over three years now not a problem and lete say it's been threw hell and back.

Love this place! Friendly staff. They always have everything I didn't know I was looking for plus everything I need at a great price.
