Dairy Queen

The Steak Fingers were hot and tasted good. The French fries were delicious, and the toast was spot on. Can't forget they have the good ice! Customer service was great 👍.

My wife and I swung by this DQ for afternoon treats today.

The young man who took our order was very professional and friendly. He listened to my order and made sure to add extra malt flavor to the chocolate malt!

I also chatted about dogs with the manager after she made our Mint Brownie Blast Blizzard (delicious BTW) while he made our chocolate malt - she was lovely and very affable. Highly recommend all around!

100% loved the service and location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The cashier made jokes with us for while we couldn't make up our minds, and I really felt she cared about us having an enjoyable experience. My friend & I decided to take a grandpa to get ice cream float. I got a banana nut Sunday.

This Dairy Queen is just walking distance from the United States Postal Service, MrJims.Pizza, and Discount Liquors. This was my first time eating inside a Dairy Queen in Rhome. Will definitely be coming back!

My daughter liked her Blizzard. There were several people in line when we arrived, but we didn't have to wait any longer than we expected. It was a Saturday evening so it was busy. The building is old but seemed clean. It was pretty hot inside. Not sure if the AC is not working properly or if it was just because it was close to 100° that day. The staff was friendly.

This DQ has edible ice on their soda dispenser. It actually is! The ice makes the soda highly better than any normal crushed ice. And it's really actually edible. I refilled my cup three times with ice and Coke, the first time I've ever done such a thing. The food came out hot and tasty, and at the end the ice cream was superb.

The super friendly attitude and easy laughter by the girls working tonight are the reason I chose to write a review. I think I've reviewed maybe one or two other establishments in the past. I look forward to my next visit.
*1 year later and I still absolutely love the people working there! Truly, if it weren't for the staff, I wouldn't come by every Friday.

We eat her frequently and they never disappoint, except that one time when their soft serve machine was on the fritz.
The service was friendly and the food was fresh and delicious. It isn't fancy but it's clean.

I had an issue with an order. Griselda went above and beyond to correct the issue. I highly recommend this location with staff like her. I wish I could give her 10 stars.

Went back this Rhome DQ which my wife considers it to be the best DQ around here and I agree. If you go through the drive through during lunch, expect a very extended wait time for your order. Otherwise go inside may be a little quicker. Overall a BIG + for a great burger. Steak finger basket is awesome as well. Enjoy. - Fireman Frank

We got super nachos, usually they are big. This time it wasn't even enough for one person. Dont know who made them but not worth $10

I definitely don’t like Dairy Queen’s food BUT this location really changed my mind! Those tenders, fries, & toast were yummy and fresh!

We moved to Haslet back in December and missed having a DQ around so we decided to go to this one and had issue after issue with our order being wrong or barely any Reese’s in our blizzards or the credit card machine not working, HOWEVER, the last two times we’ve gone, we have seen a gentleman named Billy who has exceeded our expectations with the ice cream we have received and as long as he is there, we will continue coming back!

Yes it being said it's fast food it's like Whataburger they don't make it to you order it so expect to wait I've never had a problem as far as the food goes always takes very good to me always hot always been good they always have specials there and the people have been good there. It says I did this review a year ago. I never tried to use the app before until recently it's a dairy Queen Texas app or Texas dairy Queen app you have to get that one it has to be for Texas. Right now though they can't honor any of the free deals or specials unless it's just like the ice cream the flurry things like that. they can't do the food right now which is a surprise because they're very busy dairy Queen you think they'd be ahead of some others. That's not a big deal but just to let people know. still maybe if people start asking all about it. This can change for the better. always save your receipt you take a picture from the app and you build up credit on that but every month you get some kind of deal or even a free something. if you have kids or even yourself if you like ice cream and the other assortment they have of that . it's a good thing to do. they said they will honor those.
