Oh wow the guy named Zhao or so was really friendly, polite and has a really good customer service skills. I could sense his positive energy, definitely the only positive experience I’ve had at any UPS store in OC. We need more people like him, not those ignorant and rude employees in other UPS stores.

I do Amazon returns on a regular basis since I do 95% of my shopping on Amazon. Always greeted with a smile when I come in and not only is the staff friendly as can be, but the charges for a printed return label is a flat $1 here!! Meanwhile other UPS stores charge nearly $3! This store has now become my go-to UPS return spot
