If I could leave zero stars I would. For Christmas I bought my parents new carpet for their family room. Since they are close and I thought had a good reputation I went with them. They came did the job and from the start it looked horrible. There is a seam right in the middle of the room that Ray Charles could see. I have called several times and showed them pictures. I get “the lightning is causing this”. Weird because the carpet before didn’t have this hideous seam. I went back and they sent out an employee. He had a pair of scissors cut a few strands off and said it’s the lightning due to windows. If lighting is the cause I don’t see how anyone has carpet in their house. I feel like they took my thousand bucks did a shotty service and don’t want to make it right. So if your looking for a carpet job do not and I repeat do not use this company!!!!!
