I've never had a problem here, I go here multiple times a day because it's right by my work..the lovely husband and wife who are there everyday are so friendly and accommodating to me... they make my mini tacos when I come in so they are hot and fresh. Very nice people!

Always has a friendly staff. Coffee is wonderful here. A great place for a quick stop. Many locals stop in daily in mornings.

They know me by name and never let me forget to scan my rewards. They are friendly on all shifts and it’s always great stopping by.

Majority of things are over priced

The snack selection is subpar and ridiculous. 99% of the chips are Lays products and the Naked juices are overpriced.

Anytime I try to get lottery here and if the clerk Clare works the evenings shift, she repeatedly refuses to make lottery sales saying the machine is down or out of paper. Tonight, she told me the lotto machine was out of paper, fine so I left. Came back 10 mins. later because I forgot to get something and she's got no problems selling lotto tickets to other customers. I guess you'll get service here if she feels like helping you, otherwise the old excuse, sorry the machine is down because I'm lazy tonight and would rather not help you....

The young arab clerk likes to make female customers uncomfortable while getting snacks for my kids , unwanted flirting to the point of harassment . This guys lucky I didn’t call the cops because I was very uncomfortable and all I wanted was snacks because I’m 7 months pregnant .

The worst 7-Eleven I ever shop at and the worst experience I ever had. I recommend to everyone, not to ever go there unless you want to experience the worst time of your life. I rather sit at the DHS office all day waiting to be called then ever going in that store experiencing terrible customer service, get treated like you are a bad person and it's all your fault, being threatened to call the police because I told them that I'm going to call corporate and Illinois lottery to complain how terrible I was treated. The man and woman that I believe are the owners of 7-Eleven, they are very bad at running the store, poor customer service, and they are very rude. If you get enough points and you get food or a drink for free, they get really mean and negative, like how dare you get something for free. If you purchase something and you pay with change they won't accept it. They yell at you with an attitude and tell you to never come back. So today what I experienced with them tops it all. So, I went to the lottery machine and bought 3 $1 scratch tickets and I realized that they didn't come out of the machine correctly, each of the cards were torn in the middle in addition to the normal serrated edges. So I went to the front of the store and the rude woman at the register, conveniently acted like she was nice and told me in front of another customer that she will give me my 3 dollars back, but as soon as the customer left she went back being her rude self. She rudely told me that she is only giving me a $1 at the same time ripping the cards an half when I said loudly, what are you doing, why did you do that and she insisted that I could still scratch them and she refused to give me my $3 back after she did that, so I told her that I'm calling corporate and making a complaint and the man I guess manager or owner got very nasty with me because I told them I making a complaint and this isn't the first time they had treated me so rudely. The man started threatening me to get out of the store and told me he is going to call the police on me. I told the manager or owner to go ahead and call the police, I have alot of complaints to to them about. They are the most rude and ignorant people I have ever met, So I suggest to everyone that if your having a good day do not and I mean do not go to that 7-Eleven, it will ruin your week!!!

The young spanish woman who was waiting on the man in front of me was so so RUDE to him, because of his appearance. He appeared to be homeless. But he had his own money, he wasnt pan handling or asking anyone for money or anything. None the less he was a customer just like myself and he should not have been disrespected like that just because of his apparent situation. His money is green just like mine! You should never ever judge people by there appearance, you never know what they have went through or what they are going through!! Until you walk a day in there shoes you have no idea. I will never go back to that store again. You have lost our business FOREVER!!
