Outstanding customer service! Itzehl, who helped us upgrade our phones, was very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend asking for her when either looking to move to T-Mobile or upgrading your phones!

Dylan & Topher were very kind & awesome! Dylan helped me out so much and was quick but on point with my service. I over heard Topher helping two customers who said they didn’t speak much English but he was very patient and broke everything down for them and made it an easy experience. Out of my 7 years with T-Mobile this was one of the easiest, fastest and best experience.

I've been with T-Mobile for over 4 years and really like their service and promos. I spoke with Lee at the store on SE 164th st. today and he and Diago were kind, patient and very helpful.

The nicest staff at this location. I went to a different location and they couldn't help. I came here and they helped me. While I was there I saw how they treat their customers. Especially the elderly, who have the hardest time with the technology. The staff come to know them by name and are so respectful and helpful.

I was really stressed out because I broke my phone screen and I have never done that before. I felt really dumb and just wanted it fixed before I had to leave for the week. Diego helped us, stayed very calm, and was very patient.

He gave us options on how to fix my phone (send it out for a replacement or find a repair shop for the same day) He helped us set up an appointment to get it repaired the same day.

Had a great experience today at this store. Jordan and Musaa were very helpful! I had to turn in a phone and the system was acting up like technology sometimes does. They were so kind and friendly and made it a great experience. Thanks for the great service!

The people are personable, and you don't feel like they're running on some kind of script like when you walk into AT&T stores these days or Verizon. Things just made more sense. They know how to have a good laugh too. Despite the technical hiccups, I had a great time here. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking to make a switch like I did from AT&T. Honesty is always the best policy, and these guys have it in spades. Thank you Erik Renick for the amazing service.
