Joey was amazing and helped me decide to ship and have ups package two large pictures. Connor made me decide to have ups do it over the phone. Justin has helped me in the past. A great store with very helpful and nice employees!!

Employees are lovely, friendly and very helpful/informative. Plus I love the self service kiosk for the Amazon returns. Huge bonus for a frequent shopper like me!

I had a wonderful experience returning an iPhone. The guys were kind and funny, made sure I erased the phone and it was powered off prior to shipping. They were quick and polite. I will absolutely go back for my shipping needs!

Stark contrast to the UPS store in Red Bank. This one is fully-staffed. Connor was helpful, kind, personable, and efficient. I was in and out within a few minutes. The store I’ll be returning to! Worth the extra few miles drive.

The employees were personable, understanding, and they didn’t rush the customers and most of all they seem like they really cared.

Location near my other daily shopping and errands, gym, etc.; with easy access and ample parking. Not to forget though a fresh new crew on staff that make the turnaround time to drop off Amazon returns fast and easy.

Staff was very very helpful. I am a senior an don't do a lot of shipping but the staff especially a young man named Joey he was very helpful.

Whenever I've come in with returns I usually see the same group of men working, they've been really helpful and super nice every time even when I made an error on my return they were trying their best and explained super nicely so I appreciated it!

All employees here are professionals. Patient, understanding, polite. They are doing an amazing job.

I have used the store services well over a doz times and the service has always been great.One time a certain zip code did not come up on computer. The guys moved heaven and earth and were able to ship the package that arrived successfully. The hav Amazon returns down cold !!

I'm a little surprised the reviews are so low! At least from a customer service standpoint, the employees there have always been incredibly thoughtful, kind, and attentive to my concerns, even when I have a package (usually an Amazon return) that's heavy or cumbersome to wrap.
