Our pharmacist was amazingly helpful. I think her name was Alissa. We needed to get a Rx filled from a Rome urgent care. It should have been straight forward, but it was not! She made the process as easy as it could possibly be! She and her tech were friendly and extremely helpful. Could not have asked for better service!

Saturday Hours are UNTIL 5pm. I drove from Oswego, NY on 06.13.20. Per website, hours stated, Saturday 0900-1900. When I arrived on Saturday, the place was locked and closed. Per my boyfriend, yes, I should have called, but trusted the website.
