AT&T Store

Great experience! I worked with Vince the assistant manager. He was able to resolve all my issues and was kind and polite the entire transaction. Made the whole thing a breeze. Would recommend this store for all your needs!

I am extremely pleased with this store. Vince was great.

In some way, I am a current user of AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Viasat, so I have a pretty good idea of services available to consumers and businesses and the level of support needed and provided by all.

Vince, along with the manager (Austin) and a corporate manager (Dayne) helped me resolve a reasonably complex issue to complete satisfaction. If one person did not know the answer or wanted to be 100% sure (instead of 95%) of it, the person VERY quickly connected with another person for confirmation. That was excellent.

Vince specifically worked with me through the entire process, which was above the call of duty. He also showed patience, expertise, and was friendly.

I had to come back to the store and call a couple times, but Vince and others were always patient and willing to help. One call to the store was to specifically thank Vince for the excellent service when everything was working perfectly.

Super job.

caleb and Vince sat with me for hours just to help me transfer data to my new phone and kept me company all through it. They also worked with multiple customers while helping me transfer my data to my phone. All around this store is great and they’re great people! Anyone going to another at&t store should think twice and check this store out, all around they’re very fast at what they do and when they do it they put their all in it!

Vince was great. Upgraded a couple phones he made sure I knew exactly what I was gonna be paying took the time to be thorough with me. Great experience

Went in on the first day open and everyone was so friendly and nice. They really seem to care and make sure to get you the best deal! It’s so nice to have a store in Hartford now!

The service was quick and informative. I got my bills taken care with no difficulty.

The employees that we had dealt with were relatively nice however they did screw us over a bit on the plan, originally stating it would be cheaper and then giving us an unnecessary charge. Even so we were able to get it resolved and brought back to the original price for the plan.

Nothing but problems after I left that still are NOT resolved.

Hi all. Store hours say 10am on the store and online. Naturally, I go there around 10:05 to get the process started to obtain/purchase a new phone because a screen is cracked and broken for one of our phones.

To my surprise, after 15-20 minutes of waiting...gates still shut and store isn't open. Try calling...no success. Unless the store has closed in the last 2 months, it's unacceptable to not be open or not have employees show up on time. Bold assumption I know, but, that seems to be a common theme in today's world. Don't advertise you're open if you aren't. Not having reliable employees...also not acceptable.

Frustrating, but oh well. Hopefully this review makes it to who it needs to.

The worst att store!!! The workers aren’t even in the building when you’re there. Went in a week ago to ask about a trade in and they couldn’t even tell me what phones I was eligible for. Went to the Menomonee falls location, and they helped me and I was able to trade in my phone. Hartford needs to be shut down, absolutely useless store and horrible workers.

I would never do business here one of the worst experiences ever and terrible staff.

They had one cell phone to look at and the employee had to keep looking up the info I wanted on his phone.

Store was closed mid day Friday.
