Karen's Hallmark is always great no matter what location you are shopping at. The new store off Louisiana (Hotel Circle or Drive) is nice. Claudia has excellent customer service skills. She is as sweet as can be. I highly recommend this store which replaced the one at Cottonwood Mall.

Ladies working there are so friendly and sweet. Having worked retail for many years it is hard to find great customer service friendly people. I wish more places have employee like these ladies working.

These Hallmark stores are awesome! I love all the card selections. And the year round Christmas decorations. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. I wish that stupid internet shopping sights didn’t run stores like this out of business.

Great store, friendly staff, good selection of merchandise. Love that they are not located in the mall anymore and that they moved into a location that was formerly a Hallmark store!

Friendly, helpful, stocked with cards and gifts for just about any occasion, AND THEY SELL STAMPS on Sunday, which was a lifesaver for me!
