Harbor Freight Tools

I live on the complete opposite side of town, right by a Home Depot, and I'm super broke, so gas money means something. I still drove all the way up to this Harbor Freight, because the crew has always been friendly, helpful, professional, laid back, and very competent. 👍🏻👍🏻 Oh, and of course, their prices are a perfect fit for my budget (see 1st sentence). 😊

My husband and I went looking for a portable tire pump for some flat tires and we found exactly what we were looking for. A wide variety also from some cheaper ones in the $30 range to more durable $120 options and options in between. When we arrived a worker was monitoring the door and had to let us in, I didn't mind that. I guess some people were casing the place and had stolen from the store before. I didn't mind at all that the owners/ workers were monitoring the door trying to protect themselves and their products. This store is located in an area with lots of homeless and theft, so I understand why the door had to be monitored.

I would like to share a little something with you guys, even though you may already know this. The staff and employees at this particular Harbour Freight, are freaking SUPER COURTEOUS!! From the moment I walked in, they greeted me as if I were the Boss🙆, helped me locate my Goodies and a thank you after my purchase. Thank you Harbor Freight, kudos 👍

Nice to have a good local Friendly Harbor Freight in town There's also another one downtown San Bernardino but I prefer to drive the extra mile just to go to this one

Rachel provides excellent customer service, y call ahead to stock check on a tool box since I had to drive 45 minutes to the store, as soon as I asked for help she immediately called me by name making me feel important customer, I manage a retail business and employees like Rachel always keep us on top notch level a part from our competitors, thank you Rachel!!!

Great selection of tools of all levels of quality. Definitely not Snap-on. But, perfect for the shade tree mechanic. We bought a Predator 3500 generator and it has been a lifesaver when our power goes out, which it seems to do pretty regularly.

Rachael was an amazing person and help wise she is at the regional level for customer service.
