Overall we had a satisfying fried juicy fried chicken lunch.

Our servers were Chris and Kat. These men were in total purpose and it was apparent by the way they interacted with each clients and among themselves.

The store was neatly arranged and every items was in its rightful place. My mom and I were completely happy to see the neatness and cleanliness of both the outdoor and indoor.

I recently went here because the gas was the most affordable around. We had to wait a little bit as the gas attendant was helping someone else with directions. He came over very apologetic, and friendly, and we struck up a conversation while he pumped my gas. I didn't get the older gentleman's name, but I'd give him an A+ for customer service. I even tipped him as it was hot, he was the only person on staff it seemed, and he was hustling back and forth but with a smile. Hydrating him for awhile was the least I can do.

I have to tell you guys that I love love love you store and not only for the chicken but for the coffee ☕ Mmmm Mmmm Mmmm you have blue mountain ⛰ coffee from Jamaica 🇯🇲 it’s my favorite the only thing I didn’t know how to work the amazing machines you guys have, so I asked this beautiful employee with a great kind heart with an amazing customer service and a great SMILE! She was very professional and she knew Spanish which was a major help! Her name was Jovana she gave me 5 stars service in West Berlin, New Jersey. Well, it’s opening day and let’s just say that I wanted to try this place out. You see, I’ve never been to a Royal Farms before, but I’ve seen them around. Since today was the grand opening, I figured I’d see what all the buzz was about. Now I understand why some people like this place. The food was great and the cashier gave me a Royal Farms rewards card. I will definitely be back.

staff isn’t very friendly here but overnight staff is a different story young lady helped me with my whole experience shopping there overnight and she made sure I was a satisfied customer finally better and friendlier staff
