AT&T Store

Javon was super helpful! He helped me figure out what Apple Watch I wanted and was super knowledgeable. He also helped my cousin figure out an issue with her screen protector. He went above and beyond for us and was so nice. I 100% recommend going to him whenever you want to upgrade or have questions on a product.

Josh is a life saver. I was on the phone for 2 hours with AT&T support for what Josh did in less that 5 minutes in the store. I would not even call their customer service line. Just go see Josh! He is wonderful!

Had problem with my phone and walked in store about 4pm didn’t see nobody but heard good afternoon can I help you from the front of store . Little young color guy about mid 30’s sorry didn’t get his name but had tattoos on his arms and he was very friendly. He looked at phone and ask me a few questions said I need approval from my brother to call AT&T to do work and let me use store phone to call him to put me on his account since I was on his family account. My brother called back store and he picked up my phone. My brother said he just called AT&T office and still talking to my brother he told me your phone is fixed. When it’s time to get a new phone he will get my business. The person was friendly, polite but main thing very knowledgeable what needed to be done. Its little things like this makes you choose a store even I can down the street and not pay taxes I’ll give this person my business anytime. Good service means more than a few bucks saved when time comes for a new phone and service

Went in today for a traumatic switch of a well-loved phone whose battery died to a new AT&T phone which I had ordered online. The experience was so relaxing and the kind, caring, expert help provided by J.D. was so much appreciated. Everything transferred to my new phone and it was such a relief even though my data was backed up online, the transfer was something I could never have performed on my own, including installing the SD card which came with the new phone + my new case which was complicated in itself!!! Thank you J.D. (& Ed who was also a kind employee who was present). This is now my 'go-to' AT&T store for everything mobile!!....Carol

We chose the Glen Mills AT&T store because of the great reviews and we were not disappointed! We worked with Isaiah who was knowledgable, patient and did a great job explaining features, benefits, pricing options, system questions and all the other many questions we had. He could not have been easier to work with and I recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a phone, accessories or a plan. He's really professional as is Seth who helped us as well. The helpful young men at AT&T store were so very helpful. They were extremely polite and answered all my questions! Told me to make a list of any other questions I might have, which I will do. Highly recommend them!

I came in to get a new phone, as my old phone of about 3 years broke, the phone was about 5 years old. Seth started helping me within seconds of me walking in the door, cleared up a few account errors, and helped me get my new phone set up! He also put a screen protector that I’d purchased on for me and did an excellent job! I was very very happy with my visit, Seth also informed me of any discounts available, which saved me around $350. Overall a great visit

We live out of state and have been trying (unsuccessfully) for months to have me added to my husband’s plan. After many headaches, phone calls and trips to our local store, we decided to stop into this location while visiting family. Seth was able to quickly and efficiently add my line to the other plan. He made it look so easy, I wonder why it was such a problem at our visits to the other store. We really appreciated his service and expertise!

It was a pleasure working with Ed at AT&T store Chadds Ford. He knew all the details of all the programs and explained it quite simply where I could understand it. Plus, he was very good at explaining the benefits of their DIRECTV program.

This has to be one of the greatest AT&T stores. The manager, Seth, was wonderful. We went to this AT&T because We were in the area when my phone was acting strangely so we stopped in. I ended up needing a new phone. Seth was very patient and explained everything. He, also, made sure that I had every discount available and all the protections necessary. This particular store is not close to where we live, but will be worth the trip if we need anything in the future.

This past weekend, we had a great experience with Zachary at this location. Friend of mine wanted to switch from Comcast to AT&T and purchase a new iPhone replacing his Samsung. Zachary first asked my friend how he used his phone (data, streaming, etc) to fully understand his needs. He then put us at ease every step of the way as he explained how he was going to transfer the data from one phone to the other and went above and beyond when my friend couldn’t remember some of his passwords! Isaiah was also very helpful and both really knew their way around the transfer process. Great experience!

Seth in Glenn Mills Store helped my daughter and I with our new IPhone 12 purchase. He was extremely nice and very knowledgeable and he took his time explaining the new phone and he helped us purchase accessories. It was a pleasure doing business with him. We will be sending our friends and relatives .

I had a very positive experience purchasing a new iPhone 11. The sales associate, Seth Lawrence, was experienced, informative and pleasant to deal with. AT & T offered an excellent deal. The increase in my monthly payment will be minimal.

I would like to compliment Isaiah Sudler. This man was the most Professional, Knowledgeable, Thoughtful, Patient and Kind salesman I’ve ever met. He was minding the store single handedly, had several customers waiting and never once became hurried. He was extraordinarily focused and knowledgeable! Please give this man his own store to manage. We need more young men like him! Isaiah sets a perfect example of PROFESSIONALISM! Bravo Isaiah.
