First off i love CVS! Main reason is that is probably the best store to use coupons. If you learn how to use them properly ir will save your wallet a lot! I recommend to subscribe to CarePass membership- For me is the only membership worth ever. And is actually free since you pay 5$ and you get 10$. This Specific store is good even though they need to renew some registers there.

This CVS improved a lot its customer service since last year. I had had a horrible experience with an employee at the pharmacy that hated this job and people; and now I see that she was fired. They hired instead a sweet lady that looks like a teenager with better attitude. My medicine order was handled right away. The cashier at the front was a good looking young gentleman who was sweet too. What a nice recovery. Good job CVS.

Estelle is a wonderful cashier, she helped me with some questions i had today, i also remember her from another shopping trip. very nice young lady thank you for your superb customer service skills.

I am now editing my previous review of this CVS and changing my rating, because the previous review was only negative, because it was specifically about my experience with its PHARMACY a long time ago, and not the store. Since then, I never again used the pharmacy, but shop there very frequently for the store's OTC and other merchandise. A few days ago (April 2023), I was very positively impressed by the service that I received from other team members, especially Betty, the Manager, who assisted me for most of the time. After I paid for my purchases, there was some confusion between my OTC card, the coupons I had, the coupons I used, the items I got, whether they were on sale or not, etc. Then, after paying, I wanted to find some ways to use my rewards coupons. Anyway, It was a huge confusion, and mostly caused by me. That's when Betty came into scene. She was amazing! Extremely patient, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and a diplomatic problem solver, which makes her truly "Manager material." This CVS store has the best and friendly team members, with the exception of only one man, who is definitely NOT a "people person." I had asked for his name on a previous visit, after having noticed how unfriendly and detached he was to us on different visits to the store when he was there, so that I could one day provide feedback about him. Because it is negative and only one exception, I decided not to mention his name here and only included it on my CVS Feedback form. On this particular visit, I also asked for the names of two other team members, in order to provide very good feedback about their exceptional customer service. Their names are Sury Roque and Yenier Morales. Sury is a sweetheart, and my mom and I love her. She always makes our shopping experience a pleasure. We both shop there a lot for OTC and other things, and she's always very patient, courteous, sweet and attentive. As to Yenier Morales, on the day of this visit, he showed how attentive and helpful he was when he "overheard" me mentioning that once again they were out of an item I needed. He approached me and said that they did receive it, and that he was going to go to the back to get them for me and he did. Congratulations on your choice of team members for this store!!! Unfortunately, since I didn't write the names of the other wonderful ones and I can't remember their names, I can't include them here. I wish I could because they, too, deserve to be recognized. Two of them are tall and thin young men who are usually there at night, and another is a lady in the afternoons. This is my favorite CVS store and my number 1 choice. I hope that these employees will get the recognition that they deserve, because nowadays they are like rare precious gems. Thank you, and my best wishes for the continued success of this CVS store. As to my previous review of the Pharmacy in this store, it was the following: "The pharmacy staff is terrible!!!! Especially, on the night of 10/26/22. They were cynical, sarcastc and rude. Unprofessional is an understatement to describe their attitude. Scares me to think that such people are handling customer's medications and personal information.

Excellent experience! The associate Laymy was fantastic, she was patient and went above and beyond to help me with my visit even helping me to tape up my package. Will definitely be switching to this pharmacy because they really care about people!

I rarely shop at CVS and seldom leave reviews, however I had such an exceptional experience with an employee twice in one week, both times leaving me in a better mood than I was prior, that I feel obligated to commend his outstanding customer service. Raynolds, you deserve to be credited. Twice, you literally came running to open another register, were eager to help, unbelievably pleasant, consistent, efficient, and put a smile on my face. The world needs more people like you in it, to bring joy to others during an otherwise benign day, without complaint or expectations. Thank you Raynolds. Keep smiling.

The cashier representative was extremely helpful with the merchandise I purchased alerting me that with the purchase there was a promotion by CVS on buy one get one free. Not every representative you go to will mention the store promotions, but this representative was very informative and up front.

The store is easy to access and the service is excellent.

Excellent service! I forgot my pills in Massachusetts and they got me an emergency Losartan supply for 8 days in 5 minutes! Very polite and patient people work there!

Today is February 27 2019 my experience today was really great she is very hard-working runs around the store I’m not sure of her name because I checked the receipt it says something else but she’s the store manager very beautiful . thank you very much for having her there . Thank you to CVS for having a good employee like that you don’t always run into people like her I am very sick but I don’t know how long I have to go I guess you would say that’s part of life but thank you anyways Life is short so enjoy every moment of it . Excellent service drive thru. 👌! Been a customer for over 20 yrs. Drive thru gets bit long after 1pm. Due to more new homes built. Best staff I have experienced. They take very good care of their customers.

Great store, they have a little of everything in there. I don't think that there is one thing you could be looking for and not find in this store.
