Davis furniture was a pleasure to work with. Very professional staff with both selection and color coordinate design and furniture choice. Furniture was delivered when they said it would be and on time. Delivery men were also were nice to work with. Highly recommend and will return for our next purchase.

I was extremely happy with Davis Furniture after purchasing new furniture for my family room. Elaine was wonderful at helping me out with my selection and spent time with me to show me all my options, something that unfortunately you don't find today at other retail establishments.

John and his entire staff are wonderful! We used Davis to furnish our whole house! They help you every step of the way and guide you in the right direction when picking out furniture. Also, they are very honest which is rare to find these days. Great quality furniture and prices!! Davis is the best furniture store around and that’s a fact!!!

John n his staff are top notch, always looking to help customers without overwhelming you. John went out of his way to accommodate me. Delivering furniture on his own on a Sunday off, because I was not available later in the week on original delivery date. Always willing to work with you on what customer needs at a fair price. We bought a dinning table here. The table is great quality. We picked our colors, it’s real wood, and made in America. Everyone here was so nice with helping us find what we wanted and not pushy. Even the delivery drivers were so friendly and nice. We will for sure be back.

Just had 2 recliners delivered from Davis. From the time we walked into the store and ordered these to the time they were delivered everything was a top notch experience. John was great!! No pressure, no hassle, just very helpful and patient!! We will be shopping here in the future and recommending Davis to others. Don't waste your time at the other furniture stores where they follow you around and hound you.

What a wonderful experience I had furniture shopping at Davis Furniture. I was looking for a specific type of chair and called ahead to ask some questions. Right from our first interaction, the staff was friendly and helpful. They took their time to answer our questions and were very patient. We didn't feel pressured at any point while we were there like in most furniture stores. They delivered the chair we purchased and also moved another chair into a different room. The furniture is comfortable and great quality. I would highly recommend shoping at Davis Furniture and plan to go back in the future.

We shopped around at many different locations before finding the perfect dining room table at Davis. Sales staff was extremely patient and helpful, never using the hard selling tactics you find at the big chain stores. We couldn’t have been happier with the whole buying experience. My husband and I were looking for new furniture and could not have been happier with the selection, quality, and customer service we were provided by John and his team at Davis Furniture. From our initial experience entering the store to the actual delivery, everything went smoothly. We learned Davis Furniture is a small, locally owned business, and had both in-store models for us to see and catalog options. We made our furniture choice based on seeing the quality of the brand in the store and then picked out different pieces and stain colors using the catalog / samples. Again, if you are seeking to purchase good, quality built furniture, we highly encourage you visit Davis Furniture in person and tell their team what you are interested in. In our experience, they were very honest with us about options and delivery timelines. Simply put, it was a very refreshing experience! If we could offer more stars we would.

We had ordered a custom couch last year to fit a small space -it turned out beautifully! When we returned six months later for accent chairs, I was nervous to get a new type of fabric/color to complement the couch. Elaine helped us every step of the way in the process. The end result exceeded our expectations; so much so that we just picked up another one!! Everyone we’ve dealt with has been professional and efficient! Our custom order was promised by Christmas and they delivered! Thank you ☺

I can't say enough about the satisfaction I get buying from this place. Large enough to be a big corporation but ran as a family owned and caring place. If you want the best service with quality, there is only one stop to make. They not only are fair but give back to lots of local organizations to help people that can't afford furniture of their own. 1st class business and family

Davis Furniture is the best place to shop for your furniture needs, Peter, as well as everyone who works there, are super. The quality of the furniture is superior. Prices are very fair and affordable. We purchased 2 couches and we couldn't be happier. We practically "designed " the couches ourselves. A wide selection of fabrics, accessories, even the legs, are up to you. Very friendly, courteous, and respectful staff. Even the delivery staff was careful, friendly, respectful, and professional. Our experiences with Davis Furniture goes back many years, since they were on Main Street in Poughkeepsie. They are a great family owned business. Always very knowledgeable and helpful when making decisions about furniture. Delivery guys are amazing too. If you have any issues, they are always willing to accommodate and fix the situation. Nothing like a great “family run business!”

Davis furniture is definitely the best furniture shopping experience in the area. They have great products and none of the pushy sales people from the big box stores. Definitely recommended.

Davis Furniture is a family owned business that stands on principle and respect for others. I have been a customer of Davis Furniture for approximately 25 years and I have always been satisfied. Davis Furniture stands behind their business name and will always work with their customers if something is not quite right. I also like that the staff never pressure you into buying something nor do they follow you through the store ; I can leisurely walk around and take my time shopping for whatever I happen to be looking for. Family owned furniture store... blew away all the other big named furniture stores. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend buying your furniture here. Everything is made in AMERICA!!!
