The UPS Store

I go to this store often for Amazon returns and have also used their notary services. All of the employees there have been extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Whenever there is a line they work diligently to get customers out as fast and efficiently as possible. This is my go to UPS store!

There are two gentlemen that work during the week at this location that provide amazing service. They seem to always be there, have a smile on their face and provide excellent support. Always an easy in and out experience.

Everyone here is super friendly and has been helpful every time I come in. And I come often, either for Amazon returns or to ship stuff. I really enjoy this UPS Store.

Ups store is super convenient, rarely a long line for waiting and once it’s my turn, the associate moves quickly to process my Amazon returns!

I never have to wait in line, and they are so dependable. Whatever I bring in to ship is sent right away!

The service was fast and friendly. I didn't have to wait at all because we're 3 staff members available.

This is the second time ever writing a google review. I am making an effort to write a review because i find some of these negative reviews to be either very inaccurate or questionable. There were reviews about being inaccurately charged for Amazon Returns at the store. After reading the reviews, I was so concerned that I called the store in advance to make sure they accepted my returns without charge. When i called the staff, she was extremely friendly and knowledgeable in explaining the differences. I visited this store twice this month, both times for Amazon returns. Got charged nothing. The staffs were friendly. Both times, things went so smooth, everything was done in a scan, took less than 10 seconds. I expect people to leave accurate reviews so here it is.

Have used this UPS Store location on more than occasion and have found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. Never have I been overcharged and my shipped packages have always arrived on time. Will definitely use this location again.

This Bristow UPS store is significantly better than the Gainesville location. I called to see if they could notarize a document with my business name on it, the gentlemen on the phone said it was no issue and they could take care of it.

When I called the the Gainesville location, they said I had to go to an attorney to get it done.... Which I knew was incorrect. Do not go to the Gainesville location.

Amazing service from honest people!! I always go her to take my amazon returns and every single time it goes smoothly. Yesterday, i took in some returns like usual and wasn't paying attention when I accidentally gave them a package that was for USPS. I went home and by the time i realized the mistake they were closed. I went in today and explained the situation and the staff member told me it was already taken care of. He had scheduled a pickup from the post office for me!!! It was an expensive package and i am so grateful for the honesty and hard work of the guys/gals that work here.

We used this location for notary services today and were in and out in a matter of minutes! All the employees were very kind and greeted us warmly. Thank you UPS team!

I don't usually rate shops like this, but, I really enjoyed my trip to this UPS store. All of the staff were laid back, happy and well-mannered. The seemed very friendly and helpful. Bryan was very helpful.
