Staff was great. Very knowledgeable. I went in for a new battery and they recommended a cheaper one that the computer did not populate. They also installed my new battery quickly and without an issue. The staff inside made conversation and made the short wait very pleasant. Will definitely go back for any future needs.

Had a very pleasant experience working with the friendly staff sourcing an alternator for a late 90s vehicle. The staff at the store demonstrated incredible resourcefulness especially when the first alternator came in defective.

The staff here have always been so courteous and professional. Especially for a needy older lady William was especially helpful yesterday with a brake light! The staff are always busy but never too busy for customers.

Justin and all the others are always very helpful, better service than all the other parts stores in the area.

Excellent service from Kat she seemed new, yet she successfully helped me find the needed parts; I required also noticed my dog tags told me that veterans get a military discount and and with my military ID 🪖 successfully up dated my information in the system. Thanks to her I saved 16.00 dollars today and im very greatful 🙏 I was unaware and I have been a customer since 2019. Yet never knew this untill now that she mentioned it thank you sincerely. Further more she need help to get me an answer on another part, reached out to another employee and they were able to get me the additional part, I needed thank you guys. I've never had a more positive experience in an auto parts store. They had the hard-to-find windshield wipers I needed and installed them perfectly.

Mr William makes you feel like family. My first time coming here and I will be back for anymore car needs. He gave great suggestions and was an overall lovely man to speak with. He showed my son the steps to changing a battery because that is always useful. So appreciate of him

I have a Chevy Malibu and it clearly needed a new battery. So I went to autozone who stated they were not able to replace it because it needed “special tools” and they did not have no batteries in stock for my car.

I went to O’REILLY and Christopher took care of me. He found a battery in stock and on top of that he offered to replace the battery. I told him if he was able too I would appreciate since I was told it needed special tools. He went out to my car replace the battery with no problem. THANK YOU SOO MUCH! I will forever be going to O’Reilly’s now

VERY friendly, GREAT customer service!! I was looking for a specific part for my vehicle but they did not have it in stock at the time. I was able to speak with a gentleman who put the order in, and I was able to go in the NEXT morning and he even installed it for me! (Thanks Pablo :-) ) I would recommend this store to anyone looking for car parts/items at a great price with a side of AWESOME customer service!

I find they have a great selection of all the extra things you want when you're taking care of your vehicles. Their prices are also as good or better than those at the other big name auto parts stores, a nice rewards program and they even have a really great way to order parts online and pick up in the store.

There is two gentlemen there and they are the greatest very helpful very polite and just the best I would definitely prefer anybody to O'Reilly's at most locations specifically O'Reilly's off of Dixie and Lake Worth and the one off the summit and military they are the best thank you guys very much as well as Yoli at the one off of Dixie in Lake Worth

Aye big shout out to JERRY..... I needed to get my car back on the road and he saved my behind. He always goes above and beyond to make it happen. His professionalism, knowledge of auto parts and personality is the reason I am a loyal customer and will continue to shop at O'Reilly's......... hats off to you Jerry for always taking care of the customer!

Service was great the help is always good, I love getting my supplies from O'Reilly's, because if not not sure what I need the customer service is there to assist in the store .
