AT&T Store

Fantastic, clean store with very helpful associates. I switched from another carrier after 25 years of loyalty, so I didn't make the decision to switch lightly. I was happy the process of becoming an AT&T customer was so exceptionally smooth. The associate was incredibly patient as I asked questions I'm sure were asked many times. The associate went above and beyond what I've experienced other places, but never pressured me, to help make the right selection for the device and plan I was seeking.

If I could give Tyler and Chris 10 stars I would!!! They turned a horrible situation (caused by another location) in to a very pleasant and easy one. I can't thank them enough for their kindness, knowledge, and supprt, they deserve a raise!!! Good customer Service is pretty hard to find these days, but these two definately have what it takes!!!!! Thanks again!!!

Greta service! The floor person who was working there was able to answer all my questions and give me multiple solutions to resolve an issue I was having with one of my current lines. Would definitely recommend going there again.

I went to AT&T this morning to inquire about switching my service. In shopping for a new service, AT&T was not my first stop but it was definitely my last! I’m happy to say that Chris answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable and professional. Absolute amazing store ever! Tyler did an amazing job fixing a cluster mess that another store caused but he got it all done I would give a 15 star rating, want amazing customer service, and a service worth its while go to the at&t store in celina ohio

Cole was very professional and knowledgeable. There were multiple strong personalities in the room and he handled customer service like a champ. I appreciate his patience with me and my situation.

Chris was amazing!!! He helped us with no problems. We was having problems with cricket and thanks to him he did everything he could to help us and he was very very cool to talk too. 10/10 recommend

Chris was really informative really enjoyed his politeness letting you know if you needed any help he was there. I well come back if I have any problems with service or any other problems he knows his stuff , switching over service he made it easy.

The new manager, Cole, was great to work with. He had 4 customers in at the same time, all with different needs, and he juggled us all perfectly. Everyone left happy.

AT&T is the best location in Celina Ohio to doing business with, by the way the guy name is Chris is really hard working young man and the best thing is, the way he doing business with me and my girlfriend is really professional and I’d like the manager to give him raise, because he’s doing his work go smooth.
