AT&T Store

After visiting AT&T stores elsewhere in VT, NH, and other areas, the service, attention and care from Kaydence at the St Albans location was exemplary. Although she was the only agent in the store, she treated us and others with respect and knowledgeable service. Kaydence should receive a commendation and a promotion for her excellent service and personal attention to customers.

When our family came to switch out our phones, the employee came up to us as soon as we came into the store, and was super polite/helpful while we switched our phones out. It was a super easy and quick process, and he was super nice the entire time. It wasn’t stressful or hectic in the store, and Cameron answered all of our questions and did it in a way that wasn’t condescending or confusing at all. It was by far the best experience we’ve had at AT&T so far.

Alexander Graham Bell is resting well know that Eric, the Phone King is on the case! Helpful and knowledgeable, I got the best deals possible. I wanna get a job here.

I had an issue where my daughter dropped my phone in the tub and it kept shutting off. The fine gentleman at the St. Albans AT&T not only patiently worked with me to find the most affordable option for me, but they were incredibly kind, patient, and thorough through the whole process. Customer service like I received today is what every business should strive for. It was a long process and they kept a great attitude and did everything they could to make sure I was not only satisfied, but understood the changes/transaction. I can’t say enough good things about the 3 young men that were working in the store today. I know Dallas and Chester but didn’t get the 3rd guys name. Super pleased.

I was very satisfied with my interaction with the young man who helped me. He was the only one working in the store that day and was able to help multiple people and was very professional. My answer to the first question should be a 5 I was very satisfied. He was very knowledgeable and a joy to work with.

I had the pleasure of working with Eric Forand. I had alot of issues with boost mobile and he was amazing! He was able to get me switched over and went above and beyond to get my old phone number back after boost giving me the run around. He was able to juggle many customers with much patience and was super pleasant throughout. He was working alone! He rocked it! He is definitely my go to representative.

So I’m new to the St. Albans area and wanted to try a new network. I walked into the store and was helped instantly. The manager on duty was A man named Drew. This gentleman was such a leader on the sales floor and extremely professional. This guy knew his material and knew how to sell great product to me. As he taught me the ropes of what AT&T can provide I brought in 9 new clients just because of him alone.
The team was helpful along with making sure that we were taken care of in a professional atmosphere. This was quite a welcome to my new home here. Thank you AT&T for the amazing service. If it wasn't for your manager Drew with his warm welcome and great knowledge on the questions I had asked I wouldn’t of brought my loved ones to the store to get the new Iphones .

This store in St. Albans is the greatest.A wonderful young man, Mr. Allard was personable and patient with this 80 year old, low tech person.Couldn't ask for a better experience.

This is the best AT&T store! I am not terribly tech savvy and when it came time to upgrade my phone they were very helpful in every way. They did not try to push me into purchasing a phone, but explained details and made me feel comfortable. When I say "they" in this review it is specifically directed at the salesperson who helped me - Nick. He was calm and patient, never rushed me - leaving me confident that I was getting the best information available. My iphone is working perfectly and I would recommend the St. Albans AT&T store, and Nick, highly. 5 stars!

I just accidentally hit the wrong button on satisfied. I had service last night with mark at at Albans Vermont store. It was terrific service. Completely satisfied. I ahit 1 instead of 5 on the survey and couldn’t go back. Resend please or fix

Derek was our sales rep today and he was very patient and made sure we were aware of what was going on the entire time.
Drew was great with helping out and dealing with customers who had issues.

I went in to activate my daughter's phone. That was resolved quickly. Then the salesman told us we could save money on a new family plan so we signed up to the plan. The staff are very knowledgeable, especially Brock, and very helpful.

Everyone at AT&T is awesome! I think they're doing a great job doing everything they can to help customers. Thank you for your help and patience!! Customers need to understand that times are tough and y'all are doing everything you can!

Have been in several times and Micheal has been there to not only help me with my problems but also explain it all to me! He is very knowledgeable, courteous, sparky, and respectful. Definitely some of the best customer service I have ever received from Michael!

This store is incredibly good in all areas: customer service, non-pushy sales, fully informed... everything. The only time I've been up-sold (up-selled?) has been for something very useful and never a product I didn't end up using a ton.

I'd like to give direct shouts out to Cody and Shawn, two stellar representatives who I sincerely hope are paid well for the incredible service they provide (and for all the loot I'm sure they're making corporate!).

Drew was great to work with. He was very helpful and was able to answer all the questions I had. Definitely the easiest and smoothest experience I’ve had at an AT&T store.
