AT&T Store

This was the best experience I have had in an ATT store! Myra was so helpful and knowledgeable, she was efficient and did a great job helping me

I’ll be completely honest I was overdue for a new phone and hadn’t updated or upgraded since pre-covid times so I was dreading having to go into the store but Jon was genuinely so patient and kind and helpful and made the best recommendations and now I have a super cool brand new phone my nieces and nephews wish they have lol. I cannot thank him enough phenomenal representative of this company! Maybe it won’t be such a long time away next time.

Came to this locating twice, the second time I came back in I was helped by a gentleman named Jon (jun) not 100% on spelling of his name. Besides the point, he came over to help me with my phone. I ended up needing a new Sim card since I was having a error with my current one. He said it's not a problem and was able to help me. Will have to say I'll come back to be helped by him. This location has a really good customer service representative, and he deserves to be recognized from this review. Thank you again Jon for making my horrible, and incredibly stressful morning/afternoon a thousand times easier and better by helping me.

Myra was able to take/process both my two trade-in phones very quickly. Then she was extremely helpful with getting ready for my next trade-in for my kids. I was in and out and done within minutes. I will be using the store in the future. A couple years ago, I was able to get my First Responders discount within minutes too.

Leo was very professional and was a great help to me in purchasing my parents phones. I would definitely return for his help in any future purchases. I would rate his customer service a perfect, 10

I came into the store today feeling overwhelmed with all the concerns I wanted to address, and Jen took great care of me! She even wrote down notes for me so that I was organized for the phone call I will be making when I’m ready to remove a couple lines. I’ve been to other locations and they were not helpful at all. Jen was knowledgeable and addressed all of my issues one by one. I’m relieved thanks to her!!

It is good to know that there is bilingual staff

Leo did a fantastic job porting my old number to a new phone and setting up my account. He was extremely helpful and patient. I would not hesitate to return to his store.

Had to do a massive change from the old fashion iPhone SE to the iPhone 14 and Leo was phenomenal! He took care of everything and could not be more patient. Recommend 100%!!

Leo and Thomas are very customer centric and from the time I walked in the store I felt like I was talking with old friends. I had a complex concern and they handled it quickly and accurately. They even saved me extra money on my bill! Thanks folks - you’re awesome!!

I was not really looking forward to getting a new phone, but the staff at the Medford AT&T store on Rt. 70 made it an easy process.
They moved all of my apps, photos, etc. for me. Not being a techie, these things can be daunting, but it was a breeze. I really appreciate the customer service! Thank you!
