The Home Depot

Home Depot Plaistow NH is my favorite Home Depot. They have excellent selection of merchandise and fantastic customer service. I was so happy with all the help I got during stressful time of renovations. I highly recommend this store for everybody. You can find everything that you need for your home renovation.
Unfortunately due to the pandemic many other stores have low inventory due to the pandemic but this store has such a wide selection of things that you can replace what you can’t find if you are in a crunch of time to order.
I highly recommend the Plaistow NH location!

I want to say that the Plaistow Nh store are one of the best “ I had a problem with a lounge chair I bought and hardly used I finally got to use it today and it ripped the entire lining so I called Plaistow store and said I was four days past the deadline for returning it from a online purchase and this young lady name Teresa actually called explained and got me a full refund on the chair God Bless her and thank you homeDepot for having such a amazing employee ❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏🙏Will always shop there

Best prices around. Many items but not all . There is always one item from your list that is not in stock, but they do sell useless things. Get rid of those items and stock the shelves better.

I didn’t catch her name but I spoke to one of the managers as my car was hit outside, technically in Walmarts parking lot, but she was extremely helpful and pleasant to speak to, as well as professional

We to home depot yesterday because I had an issue with my snowblower. Did not think anyone could help me. By accident I ran in Christian who works in the rental dept. Without me asking he offered to help. I explained my issue to to him. He took me over to his computer and in detail explained how to solve the problem. He then walked me over to the dept that has the parts. Talk about "exceptional " customer service!!!!!

Mike in the washer and dryer appliance section was above and beyond patient with my husband and children. We had a price point and were able to go below it which we loved for the items.

As a career tradesperson and a diy homeowner, Home Depot is a regular go to for me, mainly for the convenience of the hours they’re open compared to supply houses. I’ve been to many of the Home Depot’s from Southern New Hampshire to the North Shore, but I like this one the best. Mainly because it’s close to home and I know where everything is but also because it doesn’t seem as ravaged and disorganized. Customer service isn’t perfect but it’s 2022, customer service these days sucks everywhere. A lot of the time I find myself being more helpful to other customers simply because I have the trade experience that the clerks don’t which I feel is understandable and I’m more than glad to share my knowledge and help others out when I can. I give it 5 stars based on my overall good experience over many years as a regular customer at this particular store.

Go here often, good selection, good prices, decent help. Not many cashier's like most places nowadays they don't want to pay humans, but at least they have a contractor checkout aisle. My biggest qualm is non contractors using the contractor pick up lanes incorrectly, speeding through the loading zone, parking wrong and blocking the dock. I usually just have to wheel my lumber out to the parking lot to avoid this fiasco. Other than customer's lack of common sense or courtesy in the "contractor pick up" zone it's a pleasant experience.

So I went in to pick up an online order today. It was for a 24' extention ladder that I needed for tomorrow, and it got to the store with a damaged rung. The customer service team, the gentleman in t he ladder section, and John the manager all worked to get me what I needed with out question. I never would have thought I would have gotten that service in a chain style store, and was pleasantly surprised to receive the old home town mom, and pop service that has seemed to vanish from the world. Home Depot team Plaistow, thanks for bringing that service back. I appreciate all of your efforts.

Recently purchased wall to wall carpet for all my bedrooms. Jim who works in the doors and window department happened to be in the area which made this our lucky day. He was knowledgeable and helped with all our questions. He was able to place the order for us with ease.He was a pleasure to work with. You made our day. Fast forward we were looking for cellular shades for 25 windows and on this day Karen was the employee whom we dealt with , she was also very helpful and knowledgeable. Measuring and ordering 25 windows was not as easy as you would think and thanks to Karen we were able to get it done. Home Depot Plaistow is lucky to have people like this working for them. Thanks for making our purchases a pleasant experience.

It's Home Depot, better than Lowes and usually has what I need.

Home Depot in Plaistow is the worst store around. If you ask questions they act like you are bothering them. Customer service is the worst rude and ignorant. I will never waste my time going here again. I could I would give a negative star. I decided to call the manager of this store when I returned home. His name was Brady after talking with him he told me he would look into my issue and call me back. He called me back and resolve my issue and he would make it right. He had another manager named Craig the manager of the Millwork department put my order together and delivered it to me. These two men were great and went above and beyond. Home Depot should be proud to have such great managers working for them. I changed my one star to a 5 star. Thanks for your help most appreciated.

I need to fix 3 different areas of my house. Home depot always has what I'm looking for in stock. What I can't get answered on how to fix something from Google, there is usually an associate at the store who helps guide me on the process.

Customer Associate who assisted us was extremely helpful and pleasant. I wish I had caught his name. He is about 5.10-6ft or so, wears glasses and has a southern accent. He should be promoted to a manager position. Very knowledgeable!

This is the friendliest Home Depot I have ever been to! I had a long list of items to pick up for some renovation projects. I had the good fortune to happen upon Mike, a worker known for wearing Hawaian shirts, and he literally marked the aisle where I could find every item on my list. It was amazingly helpful. He even checked in on me as he saw me pass him by. Similarly, a woman in the paint department walked me to exactly what I was looking for and even suggested another item that I did not know existed, which is i also bought.

Many people don't like The Home Depot however we did the shopping online and they had everything ready for us when we arrive at the building. We were up replacing a unit we had body year ago and they still carried it which was very nice for us. They really have everything you need for household repair and upkeep.

Went to get paint at the Home Depot in Plaistow and had the best experience. I wish I got the employees names but the brunette woman that paints murals and the man with the white beard are a prime example of what A+++ customer service looks like. Friendly, out of their way helpful etc. etc. I can’t say enough. Thank you!
