Circle K

I stopped in the other day I over and lift full-time and to circle k in Valero that's on Callaghan the level customer care was impeccable it is rare to get that type of customer service like I must didn't know what to do it's so rare but Anthony wellwood man yeah you keep training and putting out people like that and circle k is going to go on for a long long time five stars gold stars mr. Wellwood hopefully that's his real name can I go out of my way to go back to that store just because of level of customer service is amazing it's worth my I taken more time

Busy has station with very small, crowded parking/service area. A large part of the parking/service area is riddled with gas pump inlet caps used for filling the gas pump reservoirs. These gas pump inlet caps protrude above the grounds surface creating large, above-ground speed bumps. This makes for a very bumpy pass- through ride when searching for parking at the station/pumps.

I have no choice but to give this place 1 star Because i cant go lower to add my review, but my mom always goes there to get ice to refill her cups and so I go into I just look at everything around and I see dead flies all over the fruit all over the freezer section, especially the Lunchables. But when I go over to get my usual donut that I get, I see flies infested all over these donuts laying their eggs.

First to start off with whoever was working, some roach By the name Maribel I was a paying Customer at This store I was greeted very poorly asking if I was coming into Rob or to buy It took every ounce not for me to go off On a very immature, Uneducated little girl I understand that personal things may be going on But any smart person or sane person should understand that customer service is very important no matter where you even work so I don’t even know where she’s going to end up when she’s older not only did she come aggressively at myself she came aggressively at minors that I had with me I don’t know why this little girl think she could speak that way to minors, but keep an eye out. She’s about a 5 Foot girl, Mexican, black hair, straight hair, big nose, and a lot of foundation, making it look like a mask And a A lot of acne Please don’t let her talk to kids Very rude little girl this happens more than one time If I could give this zero reviews I would

07/19/2023 @4:34pm There was no manager on duty. I brought up that the sign was displaying $3.09 per gallon and the pumps were actually charging $3.29. Myself and several others asked a nice young lady in a black jacket for a manager and she told us they're want one but that the older woman in a red shirt was a lead person. She overheard or conversation and once we looked her way to ask, she immediately told us to take it up with corporate. She said she couldn't reimburse us after we all were subjected to the false advertising and that's what her manager told her, then became very rude and defensive. I will also be reporting her behavior on as many social media outlets as possible. She has no business working in customer service and handling a complaint about the false advertising me and the other customers experienced. To have hundreds of customers being overcharged by $0.20 or gallon and her being aware of it, is more like theft. I'm sure I will get a huge response once I take it to social media and the news stations. This store is a whole scam. Even the pricing on items they sell are priced wrong. All the clerks are told to say there's nothing they can do about it. I've personally seen them fix the prices numerous times. Beware!

Purchased 2 bean and cheese tacos it said $1.79 each or 2 for $3.00 I grt to register the cashier charge me $1.79 each I told him they are 2 for $3.00 he says no they probably went up. I show him the sticker on the tacos it says $1.79 or 2 for $3.00

Pulled up to the pump but couldn't all the way bc she left the trash can in the way. Mind u she saw me waiting, why cant u just slide it over a notch .
So I pull up a little bit more to see how much I can go up and she looks at me mumbles some words and pauses to STARE at me.
I roll my window down and say no need to say anything, it's uncalled for. So she continue to argue with me saying I almost hit it, obviously why would I do that. You see me waiting.
Still arguining with me. Employees like that make u lose business.
A vendor was right there to and over heard the conversation and said he had a bad first interaction with her too. I should have hit the trash can, so maybe next time she'll learn not to leave it in the way.

This lady named maribel made me feel vey uncomfortable. Description: a lot of make up,had her hair in a clip, straight hair,with pinkish crocs,was very rude very ( poor service)

10 minutes till 12am and got two beers and a 20 Dollar scratch off. The 1 banded cards me and I didn't have my ID. And I understand she takes the beer and then tells me she can't show me the scratch off cuz I don't have an ID but the two people ahead of me got scratched off and she never ask him for an ID I think she was being a little races.

They denied selling me a $1.50 water bottle and said i needed to spend more money in order to get change back for a $20 bill. They actually laughed about breaking a $20 bill, as if it’s their own money. I will be calling corporate, the city, the BBB, I’ll even call Kens 5 to get this location closed. They’re always busy yet they don’t have $18 in their register to break a $20? Their staff is disrespectful and does not know how to do their job. They claim they’re not a bank and can’t break $20 bills. What their doing is extremely illegal. Needs to be replaced with a QT.

They should just close the store.
