The UPS Store

There was inclement weather and the other local UPS stores all closed early without updating their voicemail or updating Google which you can do temporarily if you close early for the day. Very unprofessional on behalf of the other locations. This store remained opened and answered the phone when I called. They said of course they would be open normal hours until 7:30 p.m. Angela was extremely helpful and I thank them for everything they did to help get my package out. Even though this location is a little out of my way, I will make sure to use them in the future. I will be avoiding the other three locations that didn't bother to update their voicemail or Google.

Thanks so much to the female staff member who helped me repack my box so that it would actually close, and with a smile on your face ! You went above and beyond and it was appreciated ! Thank you ! It’s nice to see fantastic customer service somewhere !

Shipped a package, didn't have to wait, wasn't caused any trouble. Dunno why the other reviewers put such a high premium on being greeted upon their entry if they're getting service regardless, but not surprised that Marltonians would so severely overestimate their self-importance as the area largely breeds and enables such a mindset. Typical entitled yuppie NJ crabs-in-a-bucket mentality, bitterly trying to get hourly workers fired for not being more enthusiastic wage slaves, doesn't get much more gross than that.

I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews. This location is just fine. The employees are attentive, efficient, and friendly.

I used Bounce to check my luggage temporarily for the day here. It's a great service to quickly drop your luggage off for the day.

A boon for business travelers just transiting through the city.

The staff at The UPS Store @ Marlton were very polite & friendly to deal with and the whole process was seamless. Unlike the other reviews, the ladies at the counter were nothing but friendly to me. Bounce was quite new to them, I was probably the first person using it at their store, but they were not rude to me. They listened to me explain the service & put an effort into figuring out what needs to be done.

I’ve seen mixed reviews so I wanted to add mine to bump it up. I did not get their names but both of the women there were very nice, and doing their best especially with the combination of a pandemic and the holidays. I dropped a package off and also had to get a paper notarized for another shipment. For me it was only $15 which for the convenience of signing and shipping the paper at once was perfectly reasonable. We’re all trying our best during these times, and they did great.

I love that we have a neighborhood UPS store and I am there frequently. Yes, it is easy to drop off my Amazon and Zappo’s returns but they also help me with my other business needs. I’ve had copies made and collated there and mailed many packages as well. Yesterday I received excellent customer service from Alyssa. I walked I and the line was 5 deep yet she was so efficient that I felt like I had to barely wait for it to be my turn. She then expertly packaged a plaque I was mailing and found the most economical but best way to send it. I’ll keep doing business at this store!

I always see the same 2 women working here everytime I come and they are both the most delightful people. I just left after doing more amazon returns and the woman helping me could not be more pleasant and helpful. Maybe people saying they had a bad experience are coming in with a bad attitude or something bc I have never once been yelled at about being the 3rd in the store or anything like that. Even yesterday when I came and it was 4 min after close, I was very politely told they were closed and just finishing the last customers in there. Never had in issue in the 30+ times I have been here.

I was there couple days ago and Monica did an amazing job. I needed passport photos done and I also needed a notary and she was so helpful and fast with everything. Every time I’m in there they are all so happy and helpful. I love coming to this place!

I don’t know where you found Alyssa........but don’t ever lose her! I just mailed a package to my son in Miami. She knows her stuff! She made the process so incredibly easy. And efficient??? While she waited for my transaction to process she took the lady behind me and expedited the line. Total asset to UPS! I will DEFINITELY use this location again!!

This is by far the best UPS store we’ve been to! There were quite a few people waiting but Monica still took her time and did an outstanding job! We had quite a few uncommon requests and she was able to figure everything out for us. Excellent customer service!

Was a bit apprehensive going to UPS rather than post office. The store wasn't crowded at the time I went and The employees were cheerful with smiles. My packages were wrapped in brown paper and lots of tape. Rebecca told me their packages cannot be shipped that way, so she helped me remove the paper and she added tape to the box (at no charge) to secure it closed. Rebecca explained UPS policies and was very friendly. Both employees have great customer service skills.

I went on Tuesday and my packages were scheduled for Friday delivery. Well they arrived Wednesday!! ( Only one day late for Hanukkah, instead of three). Awesome!!

The cost was a bit less than USPS.

I had a very positive experience and will be going back today or tomorrow to send more!!! No more post office long lines for me!!

I will call to see if Rebecca is working as I know it will be another pleasant experience!!

(I wasn't charged for the tape because my packages were already wrapped and sealed. They weren't considered "packing". They were ready to go, I was just unaware of the no paper policy for the machines!!!!). it was Not a big deal.

I have been a box holder there for over three years. In that time I found all my interactions with the staff to be pleasant.
The other day I was leaving for a business trip and when I got to EWR I realized that I forgot my laptop. I called Cheyenne at the Store letting her know what I needed done, having my laptop overnighted to me. When my laptop arrived at the Store she was all set to box and ship my item out. She gave me different delivery options and suggestions. Cheyenne was the best in this situation and I will be forever grateful to her for getting me back to work with a minimum of delay.

Last week i was having trouble with my amazon return. The girl named Cheyenne was able to help me process the return and get my money back right from my phone! She was very efficient and i want to say thank you for helping me. Will be going back to this store in the future.

Although i have passed your store many times i actually needed to come in to complete business and i was met by a very pleasant young lady who i believe her name was shyanne. She was both Funny and Helpful and i will definitely return again shes a keeper. Thanks UPS and Shyanne.

I always experience excellent customer service when I use this UPS Store... I have shipped out many different items from large to small and I haven't had an issue once. I always use their packaging service as well.

The manager Justice is so sweet. I always come to her whenever I need something printed, faxed, or notarized. She knows what to do, and is very efficient! I always feel welcomed when I come into this store.

I have been with this store for over a year using their mailbox service and for many years using their mailing services. I have found the agents to be courteous, helping and knowledgeable. I have used other shipping services and I find UPS the best and this store one of the finest.

I always receive excellent service here and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I know that extras can add up but that is the price you pay for convenience and great service. I wish you ran the USPS!
